My husband has had A-fib a couple of times now. We were not getting our questions answered by the Dr. we were sent to. We then saw Dr. Ali Sheikh in Lansing. He was so patient and kind. Spent plenty of time with us and answered all my questions. We were both very pleased and impressed with this doctor! Im a retired RN so takes a lot to impress me. Dr. Sheikh did a great job at it. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Kathryn Das is absolutely amazing. Everytime I go in for a appointment or procedure, she always has a smile on her face. She explains things to me in full detail as well as to why I need to have all of my tests done. I have been to several doctors over the last year and she is one of the best.

This review is specifically for their telephone communications. (I love the doctors/staff who treat me and the fact I can get prescription refills over the phone when needed.) However, if for any reason I need to call this place, there is no point in doing so. I called to ask for a prescription refill. The first couple calls I just got a busy signal during business hours. The third call went through. Option 1 includes speak to a nurse, so I selected that. The phone rang and was picked up, staff are carrying on a conversation in the background. Its like someone realizes the call went through to the desk so they immediately disconnect the call. Called back, same selection, same result. Called again and listened to the full set of options and learned speaking to a nurse and requesting a prescription from the nurse are two different options. The option I needed is now way down at number 7. I guess our options have recently changed. The purpose for my call was resolved, but what if I had needed to make or inquire about an appointment, which is also part of Option 1?This type of thing has gone on for years and issues are always attributed to a new phone system.

These drs and nurses are great. I would highly recommend TCI.

They have been pretty good in my treatment although there were a few mixups they are taking pretty good care of me

Professional staff, thorough evaluation

These doctors, staff, and nurses are exceptional. I would highly recommend the doctors and nurses here. Megan was amazing in dealing with me and over the top nice. The doctors i talked to seem to really care and from the time i checked in to seeing a doctor it was larss then 10 minutes. I wish more places ran like TCI.

They care, they are efficient and modern. They are very helpful with de-stressing.

The Doctors are nice, but everything about my experience besides them has been terrible. Went to Owosso office for my new patient consolation, doctor said he wanted to do a 30 day heart monitor and schedule a ultrasound. They couldn’t get them scheduled while I was there which I was understanding of. They told me they would call me and let me know when it was scheduled. Never heard from them. My second visit was at lansing office they gave me heart monitor while I was there and told me they scheduled my ultrasound at the Owosso hospital because it was in network. The Owosso office never scheduled ultrasound or heart monitor for me is what the Lansing told me. I called the Lansing office 2 weeks later to schedule surgery they told me they scheduled it for the same day as ultrasound to make it easier. I called them the Thursday before surgery to see how long I can expect to be out of work and they told me that the surgery was never scheduled and that they would look into and that they wanted me to come in after ultrasound to figure out what happened with surgery mess up and go over ultrasound. Then I got a call the next day from them to confirm the ultrasound and she informed me that it was scheduled in Lansing which would be a lot more expensive because it is out of network. I explained that the person on the phone the paper I have in front of me says ultrasound Owosso hospital from their office so why now all of a sudden did it change. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a cardiovascular doctor look else where because the staff here has no clue what they are doing. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid the same hassle I have had to deal with!

Dr Joel Cohn is a jerk. My mom was in the hospital and he treated her poorly. He told her there was nothing wrong with her heart and told her he was busy and had more patients to see. My mom insisted on having a heart cath done and they found an artery that was totally blocked. She had 2 stents and a balloon put in. Do not see this man!
