I had my first upper GI. I was actually very nervous. But the office staff was very informative and caring :) and Dr. Jones who I was seen by was great. A very nice, professional and caring individual. I would recommend :)

My husband had a procedure yesterday at the Surgery Center. He has continued to tell me how great the staff was. He said they were so compassionate and professional. To top things off, they just called to see how hes doing today.If you can have a procedure done there, do it!!

This was my first experience having a colonoscopy at Lansing Surgery Center. The staff made me feel safe and secure in putting my life in their hands. They followed every procedure for the Covid-19 and explained carefully my procedure and home instructions. I loved the genuine smiles and how comfortable i felt as they walked me to the car to meet my husband. Thank you!

Everyone was polite and professional but more importantly everyone was kind. They made polite conversation to take my mind off the procedure. They were even extremely understanding about me being a few minutes late.This is a huge contrast to the doctors office who ordered the test. I tried desperately to call them several times the day of my procedure to confirm the location for my colonoscopy. I could not get an answer as the phone system just kept trying to send me through their website. Imagine my surprise when I showed up at the office and there were three receptionists sitting there. First I apologized because I could hardly stand up due to the preparation for the procedure (no food and very little sleep and lots of vomiting for 36 hours). I asked where I needed to go. One of the young women said the surgery center right down the road. I said could you please write down the address. She ignored me and said Lansing Surgery Center. I asked again so she finally wrote it down. Then I asked if she could please call them and tell them I would be a few minutes late. She said no. Then the woman sitting behind her said if youre late they wont even see you. Luckily I went and Lansing Surgery Center showed me that medical professionals can indeed be kind and understanding and believe in outstanding customer service.

I had a colonoscopy and from the time I signed in to the time I left the staff took excellent care of me, even warmed my blanket. Thank-you!
