This place is a stones throw away from my place. Great variety of supplements and specialty items that you wont find anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Their member savings and markdowns after scanning your items makes it all the more worth it.

I just visited this store for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! A shout out to Karson who was so friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions as well as help me locate items I was looking for. He represented your business well!

Hung up on yesterday. Called again and a different person answer my question which brought you business. Your vegan imitation food is highly over priced and will cause you to not sell those products until expire and sold for a normal price as other stores.... I dont see this company lasting long. I think mondays is when they sell the expired stuff. I got 8 packs of vegan chocolate for .35 cents a piece originally 2 dollars.

Love this place! Some items are pricey, so I dont do all my shopping here, but if you join their free club and get the coupons, it helps. They also have a great deli, with a soup and salad bar. Try the vegan cookies, you wont be disappointed :)

Great place with interesting natural products including beer. They have a large can of pumpkin flavored beer-looked interesting. Large water selection and nice selection of homeopathic products. Friendly staff.This store is on the west side of Lansing.

I love Better Health. The store in west lansing is too small. They need to enlarge. People are wonderful there though. They are 5 star.

Ive been shopping here for many years but despite the fact that I live less than half a mile from this store I will never return. The reason is the surly and unfriendly staff. Oh, they greet you with a hello each time you enter but they are following rules; sadly it is a shop where they do not care. They do seem to pick favorite people, sadly. Sad for them..... even being a very friendly person does not determine who they shall choose. They have lost a customer, I will drive across town or shop on-line for my health food needs.
