A few minutes into the appointment, I asked the Hearing aid dealer, that’s what they use now instead of audiologists, Whether he is vaccinated. He says he is not. I say I am leaving. He says, not to worry, he has natural immunity. I don’t buy it. He says I don’t have to worry because I am vaccinated. Is that what you think, I ask him. Yes that’s the whole point of vaccinations, he says. I tell him that that is not the case and that if he spends five minutes on the Internet with a credible source, he can find that out. I explain that if he infects me, I will not be hospitalized and I will not die because I am vaccinated, but I can infect my grandkids, too young to be vaccinated.
