Wonderful place to visit! My friend was very well taken care of while staying at this facility. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was wonderful.. not your typical hospital food. Thank-you to this small community!

Nobody ever answers the phone, my mother had been trying to reach her mom, my grandmother to check in and just talk to her and nobody ever answers, its very depressing for the family members who entrust the people working at this facility, we have had many issues caused by neglect and my grandmother has had sores which made her have to get more procedures done due to negligence and improper care and attention. I dont recommend this place to anyone. If you love your family members this isnt the place to take them in my opinion.

My mother had a recent rehab stay at Lansing and the Care and staff was wonderful! She has never had to go for rehab before and was scared and they made her feel so comfortable with everything from the physical therapy to the occupational therapy to the nursing! Everyone went out of their way to make her feel at ease safe and cared for! I couldn’t have been happier! I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the care my mother received! Thank you to all of them!

As a hospice nurse and a Regional Director of Harbor Hospice, I’d like to say this Facilty Rocks! Their staff show compassion and so much love for their residents. It makes our job so much better as we are able to truly coordinate care and have open collaboration regarding our mutual patients so they get the best care possible!! Lansing staff is knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly caring to staff, guests,and residents. Every time I’m there, residents are smiling and appear very happy to be there. Definitely recommend if you are looking for great care.

I discharged from this facility a short while ago, and I am very satisfied. I am not going to lie the facility is quite old however, the staff makes up for this. Also, they are slowing working on renovations. The staff is just amazing. They treated me with respect and dignity. They are always laughing/smiling and making the situation I was in a very safe and fun environment. I received therapy and they had me up and walking in no time! The staff including the management team deserves the communities upmost support and respect for what they do and how they do it! I would recommend this place with high praises to anyone that asks.

I have worked in a lot of different facilities in the Kansas region, and Lansing is by far one of my favorites. The nursing team is kind, caring, and attentive, and the activities director really goes above and beyond making sure the residents are engaged throughout the day.

My best friend has been here for over a year, the staff treats him like family. Almost like they have known him for years. So thankful for the staff for taking care of the one person I have left.

Upon my search for a rehab center, I discovered Lansing Care & Rehabilitation Center. The staff was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and concerns. I appreciate that I never felt rushed or that my concerns were petty. I value how well maintained the facility was and the professionalism that was presented. Management should be applauded for selecting a quality team and maintaining a clean and healthy facility.

If there was an option for 6 stars this facility would have it!!!!My father-in-law was sent to Lansing Care after his stroke, and I cant even desribe how wonderful our exerience was. The staff may seem rough around the edges but they are absolutley the best. So kind and loving. They treated him with as if he was their loved one. And the fact that the management team was so involved in his care was amazing. I could go on and on about how truly loving and home like this care center is. Shockingly at the end of my father-in-laws stay he was sad to be leaving. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THERAPY OR A PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE TO LIVE PERMENATLY, LANSING CARE AND REHAB IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a clean and well run facility! I always am aware of what is going on and my family member is content and happy there. The staff are caring and pay attention to details.

Busy place but a good option for folks in the Leavenworth area

My friend is there going thru in-house therapy and is staying there. No one has changed his bedsheets for 2 weeks. He got food poisoning from the food along with everyone else that is eating there, the therapy took almost a week to get started, and they hadnt gave him a bath either. This place is gross and horrible service! Dont let your family members come here. They need shut down.

I absolutely love the staff and the care here! They are so friendly and truly care about the care of their residents, whether they are staying long term, or are there for short term rehabilitation. Blain in therapy is wonderful, and Chris in social work is always so helpful and compassionate.

The staff and residents at Lansing Care and Rehab are just like a big family. The staff care about the residents and each other just like family making it truly a home! The love you see between the staff and residents is absolutely amazing. There’s definitely a lot of heart at Lansing Care and Rehab!

The staff is always so caring and provide great care. I have been with this facility for 3 years and it has been a true pleasure. Starting as a CNA, then activities director, and soon to be LPN. The staff do excellent things for the residents at Lansing Care and rehab!

Great rehab department!

I appreciate the patience the staff shows my mom. Several members of the staff are very helpful and compassionate and they are very patient with all my questions. They do take the time to try to help me understand what is going on with my mom.

The staff here is very friendly and go above and beyond for residents and their families. They have many services that are in-house to make it easier for them. Definitely would recommend!

Every year I participate with the Christmas Tree Angels. I love how the staff host events and activities for the residents. The staff truly tries to bring as many smiles and good memories for all.

Not a fan of the service here. The receptionist Dustin would not answer any of my questions and put me on hold for more than 30 minutes. Terrible service.

Lansing Care and Rehab had a great Christmas party for their residents. They made sure each resident had a gift and a nice party.
