I have known dr for a few years and he is always the most caring and supportive doctor. And his staff is well trained and positive energy towards the patients. Will recommend this place for your kids.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. While on the call, I was suffering from dizziness and nausea and misheard one of her questions. She became angry and proceeded to raise her voice at me. I have never had a bad experience such as this before. I will be changing my doctor simply because I refuse to deal with her unacceptable behavior in the future.

I really like doctor Islam. He is very patient and explains everything well, he takes the time to understand whats going on with child to best meet needs. The office wait time is long but its okay knowing that you wont be rushed in and rushed out like at other offices. The receptionists could use a little more professionalism, I would recommend him.

There’s a sense of comfort in being able to bring your child to the same pediatrician that once looked after you. Almost 2 decades later, Dr. Kazi still remains not only a true professional in his field, he makes the effort to be conscious of parents anxiety when we bring our child for a doctor’s visits. His kindness puts parents minds at ease, and your little ones are in best care possible in the delco area. If you’re looking for a pediatrician, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough 😊

So my family doctor for more than two decades had retired and recommended dr Islam for the sole reason of not having my children seeing a different doctor every time they need to go to the pediatrician. I wasn’t too keen about the idea but took the advice. Been going to dr Islam office for a year and my experience is horrible. Every time I would take my youngest child for a visit I was always told my child had an ear infection and was always told to bring the child back for a follow up appointment to see if the prescription is working. By doing so I was always told I have to pay a copay for a follow up visit ( which doesn’t make sense) and the receptionist is always rude about me paying for the follow visit. What made me had enough was one particular visit I was 40mins early for an 11am appt. and was not able to see dr Islam until 3pm. For some reason I always seem to wait longer and some one with the same ethnicity as dr Islam & his staff would show up after I did they would somehow had an appt. before me. When I finally expressed my frustrations to dr Islam about my experience on that particular day dr Islam response was that he had to hurry up with my child because he had not had lunch yet. Needless to say the setting is uncomfortable for someone that is not of dr Islam’s ethnicity the greeting that is extended to them is not what is given to other patients. The entire staff would always talk in their language and you don’t know if they are talking about you in your presence. Finally I requested to have my children records transferred to another establishment and I kept getting the run around as to why they can’t do it. It had gotten to the point I was so mad and went to the office in person the extremely rude receptionist told me that the new office had to send them a release form ( which also did not make sense) in order for them to release my records. After an hour going back and forth I informed the receptionist that I just got off the phone with the new office and they confirmed that the document was faxed, another staff member whispered something to the receptionist in their language and then she pulled the paper from under her file she was holding in her hand. At this point the receptionist told me it would take a week in order for her to send the fax. A week later dr Islam office call me to tell me she has my children’s record in her had but I have to come in and pay a final bill in order for her to fax the records ( literally just happened). This office is VERY unprofessional and the service is poor. They Don’t care about their patients all they are interested in is money.

Dr Kazi is excellent! He is highly educated, understands and respects different cultures and takes a holistic approach to modern medicine. He is caring and takes the time to talk to you. It is true you do wait awhile to be seen but unlike other doctors offices where you wait and are quickly seen by the doctor, Dr Kazi takes his time with you.

Highly recommend you do not choose this office. Staff is extremely rude and does not care about the patients. We have been trying to get our sons medication refilled for over a week. Constantly being told we would get a call back. Tried to call the office for the second time today and was sent to an answering service. The attendant was very rude and stated that the office is on lunch and not excepting calls. I then stated that my son needs his medication refilled and we have been trying for days now. He rudely cuts me off again stated that they are closed for lunch and to just call back. When asked for his name he stated his name is Operator 6 and then started “ You don’t need anymore information”. He then says that this is a line only for emergencies. I then stated “You never asked if it was an emergency you just shut me down from the beginning.” After that there was some silence and I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before the call was ended. This practice has horrible bedside manor and very bad communication skills. The front desk and phone staff are very rude and treat people as if they don’t matter. Save your child’s life and choose another office. It’s a shame because the doctor is really a good doctor but his staff isn’t.

My experience was terrible. The receptionists is unprofessional and rude. She argued with me, and was incredibly rude. I did not have a chance to speak to the docter because he was out with the flu. I made my daughter an appointment weeks ahead of time, I even changed this to my PCP now I dont even want her at this location if the staff is so unprofessional. The days date is 1-12-2017 and my daughter is two years old with a cold she has yet to see a PCP I informed them she was in the hospital for a feaver on Monday. Very rude.

Unfortunately, my experience speaking to the receptionist on the phone was disappointing and unprofessional. By mistake, I called the same number asking for information and she said I had just called and simply hung up the phone. After that experience, I would not consider contacting them anymore. My call was made on Dec. 28th, 2016 at around 2 p.m.
