I saw Dr.Mass for an ongoing problem I have had for a while. He was very understanding and gave me great feedback and a health plan I was comfortable with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had my ears cleaned and it is life changing. I was soo hard of hearing before my appointment today. Dr. Smullen was fantastic! He was gentle on my ears and thorough and very nice. A million thanks!

Would suggest staying away from this otolaryngologist, the doctor barely listened to me in the two appointments I made and just continued to prescribe me more medicine that was not helping even after saying so. They also dont bother to call and remind you of appointments even if there has been months of time in between just so they can charge you a no show fee.
