Could not possibly be happier with a practice than I am with the Amin team. Case in point; feeling sick last Friday. Called the office at noon and left a voicemail asking for an appointment. Got a call-back about 3, virtual appointment at 4:15, medication from the pharmacy at 4:30, feeling better by Sunday.Ive never had an insurance or co-pay hiccup with this office. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Never failed to get a call-back when I left a message. Dr. Amin picked up on a subtle issue requiring specialist care, and had me a referral no problem. Easy parking, comfortable exam rooms, courteous staff that seem well-treated. What else can I say?

Dr. Mehul Amin and his staff are truly an amazing team. My experience with them has always been excellent. When I needed a specialist Dr Amin was quick with expert recommendations. His team is exceptional. His office makes you feel like Your with family. I highly recommend this medical practice.

I have been with Amin Medical for a few years now and I feel comfortable knowing I am in good hands. For example, not only I have always received good care from Dr Mehul but he has genuinely discussed the good, the bad, and the ugly when discussing my health and guided me in the right direction for treatment. When they need an appt, one is provided in a timely manner. At each appointment, Dr. Mehul Amin spends time during the visit talking to my parents and addressing their concerns. My mom always leaves the office feeling reassured that she is in good hands. He truly has their best interest at heart and does everything he can to keep them healthy. Recently, my parents had COVID-19, and being elderly, I was concerned for them. I was comforted in knowing Dr. Amin was closely monitoring them and individualized the plan of care for each of them. I am so grateful for the excellent care he and his staff provides for my parents.

This place doesn’t even get one star. I went there with my parents for few years and never saw a doctor, we always saw uneducated unprofessional nurses. They don’t know what they are doing. They don’t care, did not help us at all during covid. They took more than 6 months to transfer records to our new office. All the times they pushed us for virtual visit even after covid was done.If you want to save your life find a doctor at a different place. This place just wants to make money out of you and your insurance.

He takes enough time to explain everything to you and ask the patient if they have any questions. It is very rare to find a caring doctor. My wife and I are very happy that he is our doctor.

I guess maybe they thought people forgot about Idi Amin and from what Ive seen, theyre devotees of his work. They try to impress new patients with longer visits, spending more time than most doctors typically spend with a patient. They try to act like your friend and like they personally care about you. They will do just about anything to keep patients happy including prescribing steroids to people who want them. If you have any serious medical problem, however, do not expect them to take it seriously. They will blame whatever the problem is on your dietary habits and if you complain internally or externally they will drop you without notice and burn your records. This is not run like a normal medical practice, its more like one of those eateries run by someone with the worst possible disposition for the job that bans everyone from their store at the drop of a hat.Not helpful when youre trying to get assistance with a serious condition.

Dr.Amin is the best! He has made Philadelphia Magazine Top Drs. 2 years in a row. This is voted on by his peers. As a retired health care professional I have a good grasp on excellence. What more can I say?

I used to live in in the Lansdale area and used to go to Amin medical center. Wonderful experience and great doctors. I now live out of state, however my parents who are also long time patients of Amin Medical Center continue their care there. Both of my parents are under the care of Dr Mehul Amin, so grateful for the excellent care he and his staff provides for my parents as they are also getting older. Dr. Amin is so attentive and truly spends one on one time with them for their health needs, which is so hard to find in todays health landscape. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the 10+ years I have been going to the Amin Medical group. From the front desk, to the NP, and Dr.Amin. Each interaction is always courteous and professional. Even with a busy practice, I’m almost always able to schedule an appt. within a few days, get prescriptions promptly, and receive messages back from the providers often the same day. Highly recommend the Amin Medical group for anyone in the area.

It is very disappointing for me as well but it’s true that I had go there almost 30 times for my parents and I’ve never seen a doctor there. I think that’s not a doctor office that’s the nurse office only. I never saw Dr Amin, And behaving of front desk stuff is very disrespectful. That’s why I decided to changed the doctor.

Recently visited Amin Medical Center in Lansdale. Besides the facilities and front-desk staff being top-notch, as a provider Dr. Amin is acutely focused on hearing patients symptoms / concerns / questions and using their experience and data to come to thoughtful conclusions. Most doctors go through a standard set of questions and throw a couple darts at the wall (including prescriptions) to get you out the door.Dr. Amin takes actually takes the time to listen and put together a remedy plan that will lead to the best patient outcome with minimal discomfort involved. He also follows up on his own which, to me personally, is extremely rare these days.I had a great experience and would not only return for the foreseeable future but would also strongly recommend to family, friends and locals of all ages. The other practice in Skippack (provider is Dr. Rupal Patel) also came highly recommended to me as well by people I know in the area (have lived here ~25 years) but I have not yet visited in person - Lansdale just happened to be closer and with sooner available appointment.Thanks Dr. Amin and staff!

Dr Mihul Amin is OUTSTANDING! Very caring, never rushes you, asks intelligent questions and is very forthright. Hes a throwback to what Doctors used to be like. Started with his father (also excellent) about 18 years ago. The entire staff at both locations are a pleasure to deal with.

Just wanted to thank Dr. Amin very much for recognizing my sleep apnea. I have been using the cpap machine for more than 2 weeks now and I and my whole family have noticed what a big difference it is making in my life. Last Monday was the surgery on my elbow and I am convinced that using the cpap is making the recovery a lot easier for me. Thank you Dr. Amin.

This has been a frustrating practice to deal with. Went for apt for my grandmother about 2 months ago for a check up and blood work and we never got the results of her blood work until we finally called for it. We went to Deval Patel who’s more talk then work, she said she would send prescriptions to the pharmacy but one week and 2 phone calls later they still weren’t sent. Finally a third phone call did the trick. Ridiculous. The wait times to talk to someone and incapability of staff is just nonsense. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with better care. Only reason my grandmother still goes here is cause she refuses go anywhere else.

I have had nothing but great experiences going to this practice. The doctors sit down with you and address issues with a plan. I feel comfortable going to the doctor when I need to and I feel the doctors genuinely care for my well being.

I had a very disappointing, unacceptable experience with my first visit with Deval Patel, a nurse practitioner at Amin Medical Center. As Im speaking she takes out a needle and proceeds to give me a pneumonia vaccine. She DID NOT ask me if I wanted it. DID NOT tell me what it was. DID NOT tell me why I needed it. NOTHING. At my age and health I generally would NOT qualify for the pneumonia vaccine. This is completely unacceptable! I was in such complete shock my mind didnt take over to say stop. The audacity of this women to give me this WITHOUT asking if I want this, and saying what and why I need this vaccine blows my mind! I DO NOT recommend her and needless to say will not be back. Extremely disappointing as Ive been going there the majority of my life.

Best practice I ever been! Everyone is very pleasant and friendly. Easy to schedule appointments. The facility is nice, clean and there are always enough parking spaces for everyone.

Front desk girl very unprofessional/rude and tends to repeat herself, saying the same thing three times in a minute...also, if you want physical therapy, you need to drive out 35-40 from Lansdale just for PT. I couldn’t be more happy to switch my primary care physician. 👎🏻👎🏻
