I thought that the receptionist (who is no longer there for a reason unknown to me) was a little too pushy about the new payment system. I personnally do not buy anything on monthly payments, except houses, and rarely a car. Please understand there are some of us who just do not make payments.

I had a great experience at Intermountain Audiology, With having several free hearing tests they are always friendly and very helpful. When I had saved the money to purchase the hearing aids they were also very informative and helpful in many ways. They made sure I understood what to expect as I started wearing the new hearing aids and how to cope with everything. I appreciate every thing they did for me, and the tea and cookies were a nice treat also.

I drove to Lander for my check up with Intrrmountain Audiology this morning. Weather was much improved and roads were dry so that helped. Craig checked my ears and tested my hearing. Everything seems to be working satisfactory and I am good for another year. I have been very pleased with my care and services from the staff. They have keep my hearing aids adjust to my needs and provide excellent follow up service.

Oct 16 I was fitted with my first hearing devices. Craig & Lisa in the Lander office have been wonderful in the process to date including testing, consultation and now fitting. They have addressed all my concerns & questions so that I no longer have any concerns. I can expect the same level of service and courtesy as the process continues. Thank you so much.

Craig and Lisa are wonderful! My mother had been having some troubles but did not want to go see an audiologist. She already had hearing aids she had gotten 10 years ago and did not have good experiences with the person who she had to deal with. I finally talked her into just going and visiting with Craig to find out if her hearing could be improved, and before the day was over, she wanted to hear again. Thanks Craig and Lisa for being so kind, understanding and for all your patience. Due to your taking time to listen to all the questions and making her feel comfortable in moving forward, she can once again hear better.

I have been very favorably impressed by the professional and friendly help the Lander office of Intermountain Audiology has given me to improve my hearing and cognition. I had not realized how many factors come into play in improving verbal understanding and they have done a thorough job of covering all aspects of this complicated problem. The only reason this is not a 5 is your corporate mass marketing and telemarketing. Lisa and Craig could not be more competent professional and caring. They know their patients and their needs and wants. To them I am not a number I am a person and friend they provide care to. UNLIKE any interaction I have had with the new Intermountain corporation. Having failed to contact Dan or Eric after numerous attempts by phone and email and having had several very unpleasant interactions on the phone with your main office solicitors, whom apparently can not read or dont care I am still a patient ONLY because of the exceptional care I receive from Craig and Lisa.

I went to see the folks a Intermountain Audiology because,... well, you know how it goes: My wife told me that I did not seem to be hearing well. Mr Alley scheduled me for a sound booth testing session. He was very thorough in helping me understand the process and then in explaining the results of the testing. As it turned out, I did have some high frequency deficits but generally my hearing loss was not to a degree that he felt merited my using appliances yet. I was very pleased with his professionalism and that he did not try to sell me something that was not necessary for me. I will go back to them for a followup in a few years if I (and my wife) feel the need. In the meantime, I would recommend them to anyone who feels that they may be due for a hearing exam.

I was a nervous wreck when I first went to High Country hearing, but the minute I walked through the door my whole life changed. It took me about 4 years to make an appointment. I thought I was headed for a torture chamber. I knew I was loosing my hearing, because of the usual what are you talking about, after my response to almost every question. Can you turn up the TV? Will you repeat that again? I would recommend to anyone who has asked these questions, to make an appointment with High Country Hearing, dont put it off. They are fabulous, and no pain, always there if there is a problem, very helpful.I have a story to tell, if you have time, before I got my hearing aids, I was ready to QUIT my job as a cashier. When I waited on customers, all I could do was smile and agree with everything anyone said because I surely could not hear clearly. Ill let you know here, this is not a good idea.A regular morning customer came through my line. She was friendly and always talked non stop. She talked through two full baskets of groceries, with me hoping and guessing I heard the words that were actually said. As usual, I was smiling and nodding my head in an up and down motion with an occasional yes, right.I finally got the idea, she wasnt being her happy self, so trying to read lips and facial expressions, and hear exactly what she was talking about, I paid closer attention. She talked on and on, with me still smiling and agreeing. Then with tears in her eyes, she stated and then she died. I made the appointment I had put off for so long.I was so embarrassed, and sorry. She still seeks me out, as a friend but I will never go without my hearing aids, you can have my money, my car, even my husband, but you would have a fight on your hands for my hearing aids.It is so nice to be a part of the conversation and know you heard it right. I cant thank you enough. You guys are fantastic! Since I am always greeted with a smile and a nod I hope you wear your hearing aids too.
