Staff was very accommodating and made sure to always prioritize that we were getting the fullest extent of benefits that we could qualify for. Between breastfeeding, coming up with recipes to create for a lactose sensitivity and appointment flexibility, I never walk out without a smile.

My daughter went here for help after her husband left and was treated very rudely by the staff. I would not recommend this place

This office has gone downhill within the last year or so. Every time I come here there seems to be an issue. The front desk receptionist are RUDE and always have an attitude, if you don’t like your job then maybe you should find a new one. They scheduled me at 8:45, my name wasn’t called until 11!!! With my two kids with me becoming fussy, front desk had no answers to how late they would be when I asked, sucked her teeth like it would kill her to find out. Then they call me back at 11:15, to just take my info and the try to make me wait another hour for WIC checks! I left and rescheduled. On another day, I am scheduled at 9:45, I get there and the door is locked and people are waiting outside in the cold with there kids, I go take my daughter to the bathroom which is around the corner and you can see inside the WIC office, they’re closed but all the employees are just sitting there doing NOTHING. They come out at 10 and say oh we had a delay, sorry, as if they had no care in the world, as if people don’t have jobs to go to and a life scheduled around these damn appointments. OH and let’s not forget how the WIC employees think they’re parents of the year, telling me how to raise my child, asking me if my kid had a coat? My child was carrying it in her hands! Saying things like maybe if you tried more with a sippy cup your kid would use it, or if you even try to breast feed we don’t give you formula. Again, if you don’t like your job, find a new one. first off my kid uses one, who tf are you guys to try to parent our kids and cop an attitude when we say something back. So tired of this careless office! Need better management and staff!

Hours of operation cannot be trusted.. Came last Friday, called multiple times, no one answers, looked on Google, said they were open. Drove 30 mins to get here to find out they were closed, had some kind of meetings all day??? Got a call back from them in a few days saying I can stop in anytime, and that they were sorry but were closed friday. Today is Thursday, tried calling again in advance multiple times, no one answers. Got here to find out all staff go to lunch at the same time?!? And now have to wait 40 mins for them to return... So is it that difficult to update hrs of operation either in voicemail message or online??? Absolutely dissapointed with this place!!!

The receptionist are rude and unprofessional.
