I found beyond max from ryan ankrom’s YouTube videos. Excellent info BTW. I’ve ordered several times from them now, and their customer service is second to none. Products come within days of order, and although not a chemist seem to be highly legit. Both times I had some questions and their team answered within hours of my emails. I highly recommend that anyone looking for high quality supplements not hesitate to do business with them. They are now my goto source for any online supps.

Matt was extremely helpful and he has such a great selection! Conveniently located near Planet Fitness. Super easy to walk over and grab a high protein snack or drink for before or after a workout. I will definitely be stopping back regularly to support this small business.

Ive been researching for what supplements I should take online and came across a Youtube video who was advertising Beyond Max. He spoke very highly of Mr. Matt(The store owner) and how he cares about his customers and all. I tried calling the store for an inquiry and Mr. Matt called me back himself. Given me some advise about the supplements Ive asked about and even sent me multiple messages on how I should take them. Hes very professional and like what the gentleman mentioned on the videos Ive watched that he cares about his business and customers. He even followed up on the ones Ive ordered - shows how hes dedicated on what he does as a businessman. There was a little misunderstanding and it was more of my fault and even then, he was understanding and fixed everything right then and there. A true professional - and highly recommended to all. Will order again in the future!

Definitely no room for softies to be going into this shop, some workers may be aggressive but this is a profession for some hardasses. If yall get your feelings hurt easily I reccomend you stay out of the shop.

I might have gone in on an off day for the owner. He didnt take my visit well. I tried to compliment his shop and ask him for advice on a type of protein to use. But I was met with some aggression. It really seemed like, from the moment I entered his shop, he was not interested in helping me. He didnt like how I complimented his shop and told me that my manner of asking for advice was not the right way to do it. I went to GNC. They helped with my needs and told me that they here a lot of complaints about the owner at Beyond Max. Its too bad. I really prefer supporting small local businesses. But I wouldnt recommend his.

We were a bit disappointed with our visit this time. The owners dog was in the shop, which we normally love, but it was barking as soon as we came into the shop. They had a variety of snacks that we have not tried, but were disappointed after purchasing to find out they were expired. When we returned the items we were not even met with an apology but were able to switch the items out for different ones.We would have liked to see better customer service from this trip.

I went there yesterday at 5:10pm to get myself and my fiances pre workout powder. The door said they were open until 5:30. There was a man and his son sitting there. As soon as we opened the door the man points at us and says were closed were closed! Very very rude and uncalled for. Needless to say they lost at least a $200a week client. It is not okay to be so mean to anyone!!!

Had a out of store experience with the owner commented on his Instagram page and he blew me off and blocked me. Your a coward of a man. Steal someone machine at the gym when they let you get a “warmup” set in. The way you act outside of your business shows a lot of your motive and decision making skills. Good place to get supplements but the owner is fake and will take your machine at the gym like he owns it... take this into consideration when doing business with him

The owner (Matt) came and gave a presentation to the football team at FCHS and my son came home with powerful information about how to properly use supplements to help him achieve his fitness goals.
