I found the receptionist and others friendlyand engaging. The Dr. B. Johnson, capable and informative. Go team.

This Doctor and office is unprofessional. I was a patient and had an appointment I live in Rock Hill SC and Doctors office is in Lancaster SC which takes a good 35 to 40 minutes to get to. My appointment was at 10 am so I left my house around 9 15 am to arrive in time when I arrived the receptionist informed me that the Doctor was out of town and they called left a message at 9 45 am that I would need to reschedule this appointment. I did but decided that since She couldnt have at least 1 of her staff to call me before canceling my appointment that I wasnt going to waste time going there NOT to be seen. Then I received a letter in the mail stating that I was dropped from their practice due to no show. I am guessing they were mad that they couldnt collect for that appointment but very unprofessional when they do not even call to inform patient that appointment was cancelled.Best find another Urologist if you expect care.

I love Dr Johnson. Shes very knowledgable, follows me personally. Ive had many UTIs and by now she knows me and I can run in, get a urine specimen and get treated. She has treated my bladder spasms after back surgery too. Thank you Dr Johnson, Merry Christmas and have a happy healthy, prosperous New Year.

This doctor is great. I have had a bad experience with another urologist in Columbia. So I drove from Columbia to Lancaster to see her. It was worth the drive to see a doctor obviously cares. Who took the time to listen. Dr Bardlee Johnson, she is a keeper.

First off, her receptionist staff are rude. She is unprofessional and doesnt want to explore different medical options to help fix problems.
