The best massage I ever had! Jenny was great! Responded to my booking request on her day off by text and scheduled me at her next available appointment. I bought five future massages afterward and recommended her to some friends that live in the area....Since my previous post, (Almost one year and a half ago) I have only been able to use 3 of the 10 certificates I bought from her. She is responsive in texts and calls but has canceled on me a few times. She is super nice and the massages she gives are wonderful. I am not trying to bash her but just letting others know with less patience than me to be patient with her - Its worth it. I dont give up that easily and I pray things will work in her favor to redeem herself and her company... And when she does, Ill be the 1st one to sign up for a massage!!!

Never waste your money here. Bought a massage for my wifes anniversary in the beginning of November and she didnt schedule me in until the second week of January. When the day finally came she said she was sick and cancelled and we would reschedule. I reached out and she has yet to respond to reschedule the massage. I read the reviews when purchasing this in hopes it wouldnt happen to me. I was wrong. Do not waste your time

I purchase a massage through Groupon. It was scheduled for the end of March before the covid pandemic hit. Now she is refusing to honor the massage and say to get a refund from Groupon. Groupon is not giving refunds so we are out the $30 we spent for the massage. It should be called Shady dealings, not humble healing

I bought a massage from Groupon in January and tried calling for a month with no answers to book an appointment. Finally texted the number and got through and she cancelled. Now tried to book again since massage places are set to open May 15th and she isn’t accepting Groupons anymore. Please spend your money somewhere else. This customer service was awful.

As many have said, purchased a groupon for massage back in November and each time the massage was canceled. 4 months later still no massage. We contacted Groupon to get our money back and got a credit. Horrible way to run a business. Buyer Beware!!

I bought 3 massages for 60 minutes each. I only redeemed 1 massage had 2 remaining Jenny the lady that does the massages and owns the business cancels alot! She canceled on me like 3 xs at least that I can remember I had scheduled for the 2nd massage on black Friday my daughter came down sick and I had to take her to the urgent care so I asked if I cld reschedule and since then I cant get ahold of her she hasnt of yet to return any of my messages I have sent at least 3.

Ive had 3 appointments scheduled with her then she would cancel a few hours before the appointment time. Dont know how she stays in business.Cant post without any stars.

I bought an hour massage on Groupon. I caller several times and even sent a message trying to set up an appointment but didnt hear anything back. Called natural remedies and got right in. I dont recommend humble healing massage at all. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money.

I purchased 2 $25 dollar gifts cards from here and i would call and message them to set up an appointment but they would never answer my calls and my message they kept telling me they would get back to set up a date but never got back to me !!! $50 dollars that i worked for they just took from me !

As others have stated they are not reachable, I had to make a public post to be contacted back and they requested that I further my request for a refund through groupon instead of accomadating the couples massage that was purchased as my birthday present. From what I understand if you can get an appointment they are great but it seems like most people who go through groupon never get the chance to expierence thier services.

Disgusting. There’s a reason most rate this 1 star. You’ll waste your money on a massage you WILL NEVER get.

I loved it! It was relaxing and tranquil.

I bought a groupon for 3 therapeutic massages. In May I went and had my first one. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to get in for my next one and no one returned any of my calls. I called Groupon without any help with the matter. I saw today that they are running another Groupon for them. Unbelievable!

They never return phone calls . Why would Groupon allow them to sell massages and then the company is never reachable ?

Just take your money elsewhere.
