This program goes above and beyond the expected. There is constant communication between the staff and families. A daily nurse is available on site for administration of daily medications, respiratory treatments, diabetic management and overall wellness. The staff to client ratio is above the requirement of the state. The daily activities help establish a routine and provide socialization and fun with the diverse staff. A family member started using this program recently and I am so pleased with everything about it. From the higher than required staff to client ratio to the fact that scheduled absences are not billed AND there is no enrollment fee; the quality and features of this program far exceeded the others we researched. We work with them as their food vendor. The space is beautiful, accessible, and the staff are all deeply kind and caring. Every time I go they have an incredible atmosphere with laughter and congeniality and friendship.
