Never called me to schedule after my doctor sent a referral and talked to front desk... then I called on a month after the referral since I still hadn’t heard anything from them at that time. Very long wait and it took multiple times of sitting on long hold of 10 + minutes in order to connect then felt like I was dismissed. They told me I didn’t have any record with them and don’t have a referral and went on to tell me the other places I have been referred in the Lg system as if I am confused. The girl was not kind and acted as if I was never referred but my nurse spoke directly to the front desk about my referral and they clearly dropped the ball. However there is no apology and no assistance - in fact a blatant “no we won’t reach out to the other office” so we just have to restart the referral process. My time-sensitive medical care needs are on hold until I can be seen and I am in tears.

Dr. Herath is the most gentle and caring doctor Ive ever had. I recently moved to the area from out of state, and was struggling to find a good Rhuematologist. I am so glad I was able to see her. She explained more to me about my condition in our very first appointment than my previous Rhuematologist who I was seeing for a year. Dr. Herath listened to me, allowed me to voice all of my concerns, and address each one. I am going to continue my care with her

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15am and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. After checking in, I was called back and in no time the doctor saw me, rushed through the appointment, and I was out in the parking lot by 11:10am, five minutes before my actual appointment time. This place is a joke. All you are to them is a co-pay and an insurance account. My doctor was awful and I have not been back since. Now I am trying to find a new rheumatologist that maybe will spend a little more time helping me and my condition. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My appointment was at 1:30 and was told to arrive at 1:15.. the doctor didn’t come into the examination room until 2:30. This place is a joke and so is the pain management department full non working folks. Treat you like a co-payment. No good services.

Dr S Adusumilli seemed to really not have the best bedside manner, ordered all the same tests I had a month prior to my visit and didn’t even bother to read my history or listen to what I had to say. My request for additional bloodwork to the repeat she ordered was declined, and I canceled my repeat appointment for I won’t give what paltry cash I receive from disability to a person who could care less about me. I am more certain that a patient healed is a client lost especially after this visit.
