Absolutely horrendous!! If I could give it a negative score, I would. They basically almost killed my mother. She was in the rehab unit doing well, then one day she couldnt walk and had no idea what was going on, the nurse said she was.so concerned.she assessed her for a heart attack and stroke, neither of which she had. My step.father and I repeatedly asked.what was going on, I asked for her to be seen by the doctor when he arrived. I dont think she was ever seen. The following evening, the nurse practitioner came back on duty, and had them immediately call the ambulance. She ended up in ICU, and near death. Because they didnt send her to the hospital soon enough, the infection she had affected her heart. She is now so weak and has to go to long term care. She went from walking one day, to being in ICU a few days later,.to now maybe never walking again. This didnt have to happen, all because of their incompetence.

Greenfield is a beautiful place however the management team is not very good. They are extremely under staffed and are very quick to fire employees.

Attempting to contact a patient. No working phone in many rooms. Staff sounds annoyed answering the main phone and nursing station. Called main number, transferred from one nurse station to the next. Then accused of hanging up and calling back repeatedly by a rude employee! I called once and my call was shuffled from one nurse station by YOUR phone system/process for 16 minutes and 43 seconds - that is what my cell phone record shows! The most evil thing is not responding when patients want go to the bathroom. Then they get MAD at the patient for having to use the bathroom! You have some bad actors working for Greenfield. Remember Chris Koenig and Meghan Schobert YOU may be in one of these facilities one day.No canned response needed...just fix the problems.

I would not recommend this facility for inpatient rehab. With the exception of PT and OT which were fantastic, the place is understaffed, poorly trained, and poorly managed. Food is terrible. There were two Directors of Nursing within six months which says a lot. Poor communication with no follow through unless you complained. Even wrote to Interim Administrator who responded with assurances of improvement which never panned out. MD ordered x-rays that were supposed to be taken prior to discharge were never done.

I recently had a full knee replacement and decided to go toThe GreenFields for my rehabilitation based on the recommendation of aclose friend. I called for an appointment and was pleasantly greetedby Amanda and given directions, and information on what to bring to myfirst visit. On my first day I met with the supervisor, Chris. He explained theprocess and some of the expectations and timeline for recovery. I mustadmit I was very skeptical, to say the least. My therapist Geoff coached me as I went along. He patiently showed mehow to preform the exercises so I would get the intended benefits frommy visits. I was amazed at what I could actually do. I also observedthe interaction of the other therapists and their clients. Theywork as a team and are very patient and obviously knowledgeable inthe direction they provide.I felt very safe, the facility is immaculate, they are constantlywiping done any surface after it is used. There is signage on theequipment to indicate it has been sanitized.I have overheard clients say they are getting better because of theexpertise of the staff in this department. Some are previous customerswho need help with a new issue. All the therapists are professional, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Jenny so patient and kind with her clients. Marc watches his clients closely and helps them improve their performance. Craig carefully guides his clients to reach their goals.I am very glad I selected The GreenFields for my rehab. This team hasmade my experience very pleasant, not to mention I really saw myprogress in getting back to normal under their direction. The entirestaff should be congratulated for the job they do.

Keep your loved ones away from Greenfields rehabilitation! They provide services which are not needed and unwarranted. They do not provide the service that should be given and are then deceptive about it. Their level of communications with the patients health care proxies, POAs and/or loved ones is extremely lacking! Its a money grab folks, be careful!

Greenfield was under staffed and ill prepared for my situation during my stay after back surgery. I had to convince a nurse to check my stomach with her stethoscope because I suspected an intestinal blockage. The staff did nothing and did not believe me and the pain I was in. They called my surgeon and told her I was a drug seeker. Finally after 5 days I was sent to emergency and was diagnosed with a perforated large intestine and received immediate surgery.

Very disappointed in the care my mother received here, I had heard such good things and it looks very nice. I suspect there was staffing issues, not enough nurses and aides that contributed to incidents like her being left hooked up to an oxygen tank that was empty and sitting in a wet bed until noon.

Daytime staff is generally amazing. However, the night staff and weekend staff is lacking. My mother waited each night for her pain medication, approx 30-45 mins. The last night there she asked for her pain meds. RN came in and said he was going to get them. She had to call again, 45 mins later only to be told she could not have her pills because she already had them. The RN mistaken my mom with the woman in the next room. She did get her pills, after the RN verified. Very apologetic however ultimately she waited an hour more for her pain meds. Then 4 hours later he came in her room, with her pain meds, when he should have been giving her Tylenol. She refused the pain meds. Then the day she was being released she called me to tell they were kicking her out of her room. That the administration told the aides to pack her things up, they needed the room. My mom was NEVER TOLD about a specific time that she needed to be out. That is appalling behavior and treatment of a patient. Never again!!!
