Besides the long wait, mostly because I was a walk in with an injury. The Dr took care of me, he was very kind and had a great sense of humor, explained everything he was doing and why while he cleaned up my wound and stitched me up. It was honestly painless. And the nurse that took care of me was also fantastic. It was the first time I had a tetanus shot, or any shot for that matter that didnt hurt. They were awesome.

Long long long wait times. Expect to wait for at least an hour. Customer service could be more positive or nice.

I went today to get a simple physical for my new job. my appointment was at 2pm. i didn’t get called back until 2:45 to get my drug test done. she was very rude with directions. i then had to wait until 3:20 ish to get called back for my physical done by Carl. The stuff he had me do was useless, very unprofessional. i also felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable while he was direction me different things to do. while checking my heartbeat, he was way lower than what he was supposed to be. He had me lay down and lifted my legs up to check for “hip pain”, and while he was doing so, he was staring in a inappropriate area. i was required to go here, or else i would’ve went somewhere else. HORRIBLE.

After seeing the many negative comments on here I was very concerned. I must say everyone was professional and kind at the WorkNet office on Roherstown Road. They are a very busy office and they do their best to keep the flow moving. I appreciated their welcoming, explanation as to what was occurring and their effectiveness. Thank you for a positive experience!

Absolutely horrible, everyone there seemed to hate their job, rude & short too.Takes only about 15 minutes for a physical & was there for a total of over an hour.Unethical & just disgusting.Maybe try hiring people that enjoy the medical field, no one wants to get a physical & get treated horribly.Being professional & respectful is a big thing and almost every single person lacks that.I will NEVER go there again.

Possibly the worst place to go for a health screening. They wont look at records outside of their office and are terrible with training their employees to run physical tests. My nurse messed up a color exam on 3 different occasions, as well as the eye exam multiple times which almost led me to lose a new job I have been working on getting for months.

Dealt with work related shoulder injury for 2 years. Saw 4 specialists who could not find cause. Friend told me about Dr. Rochester @ Worknet who diagnosesd cause of her low back pain and got her better. Dr. Rochester was knowledgeable, kind and was able to figure out the problem with my shoulder. After 4 mo of proper therapy I was pain free. Would recommend him to anyone.

I came in at 8 am for physical and pre-employment drug screening without an appointment and the friendly and courteous nurses, staff, and doctor were able to take care of my needs within the hour. I could not be more satisfied with the experience as a whole, and would rate above 5 stars if it were possible. Thanks again for the fast and professional service.

I had an appointment at 12:45 for physical for clearances at work. I got there about 10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork like requested. All of the staff were rude and cold behind the front desk. The girl that signed me in was extremely sarcastic and sharp with me when I asked her a simple question. Then, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour watching other people come in and get called before me. Finally, my name was called over an hour after my appointment (about an hour and 15 minutes after I signed in.) No apology, not even a smile. Then, after a quick 10 minute physical including a tuberculosis test, I was given a paper with dates and times I can come back to have the TB test checked. Two days later, I called, to make sure that those times were without wiggle room. Because, I was hoping to come in about two hours sooner than the first time on the paper. Ashley answered the phone, and I told her I was in two days prior and wanted to know the soonest I could come back that day to check on my results. First, she said, we gave you a paper. I have no way of checking on that. Youre supposed to read the paper. I started to tell her I have the paper, but that I was wondering how set in stone those times were, she cut me off, and said in an extremely nasty tone of voice, we are busy right now, let me put you on hold for a few minutes. After five minutes of holding, she came back on the phone and asked for my last name. Miraculously her then inability to check turned into she could pull up my chart. She then put me back on hold for two more minutes. Then she reminded me that all I have to do is read the paper that they gave me and then she read off the times. I said I know, I have the paper in front of me, I just want to know if I can come in any sooner. She said no absolutely not. And hung up. Not only are they rude and insensitive, they lie. How could I forget that your job as a receptionist at a run down work place medical facility is so glorious and deserves my upmost respect and praise!

Total lack of people time... First appointment they closed the office but never called any one. Wait over 45 minutes think I might of gotten time wrong. Called another location to find out lancaster was closed until noon. My appointment was at 830. Rescheduled waited 3 hours for simple drug test and physical... Employers should really reconsider this place...

Cant put zero, if I could I would. If you are a business do not use them. They did a look over of my husband and sent him home. Decided to tell the new company that he as a disc injury in his knee and he is on restrictions according to our family doctor. My family doctor has no record of speaking with work net, and my husband is not on restrictions. When he called and questioned work net about this, they said they dont have to talk to a family doctor, yet told the hiring company they did. Due to so dumb ass doctor the company now will not allow him to start. His two weeks notice has been in and last day is this friday. He was to start at the new company the 21st. Now he is out of work and the new company is losing a valuable employee. My husband does not have a knee injury

This is absolutely one of the worst places Ive ever dealt with. The woman in the front desk are very RUDE and unproductive and unprofessional. They claimed to never have gotten my paper work over and over again. Thus making me not start my job on my start date. ( NOTE I HAVE CHILDREN AT HOME!!!!) then to make a long story short, theyre the reason I lost my job opportunity.

I had to go here for work. I did not wait long. It was a quick appointment. I just did not like that they do not know you personally, like your provider does. I went here again, due to medications, they had to send something out. now its been a week and I havent heard back. I call they blame my company, but its alllll worknet. plus the testing site. I feel extremely discrimated against.

This place is always running behind. WAY behind. Its nothing to wait an hour past your scheduled appt. time. One of the female Dr.s is very rude as far as the way she treats you while you here. There are a couple good Dr.s here but the wait is inexcusable. Unless you are mandated to come here its not a place I would come to. EPIC FAIL ALWAYS on the wait!

I am looking into sueing this medical facility this nurse practitioner named Carl hankel has a dry sense of humor, has no clue what brugada syndrome is and that the only disability you have with it is I cant obtain a CDL which I dont need for my job but they failed me anyway and also Carl, you violated my confidentiality laws and told my employer of my past with medical conditions. Just wanna let worknet and Carl know Im coming for them in every legal way I can. Do not see this so called nurse practitioner he is pathetic

The front desk person was very rude, I waited over an hour in the waiting room and everyone was getting called back accept me. They forgot about me and never apologized and the receptionist was rude about it. When making the appointment they knew about a test I was receiving and never told me I would have to return in so many hours to re check it and my schedule did not suit. So I have to come back two more days. It would of been nice to know in advance.
