I had a family member battling cancer staying here. It was truly awful situation. Scheduling visits were frustrating. Much of the time when we tried to call her room the phone would be disconnected. In the almost month she spent at Buckeye Care she saw their resident doctor exactly once.Then someone testing positive for covid. For over a week not even my vaccinated family members could visit her despite the fact she was also vaccinated. When we did see her again her health had heavily deteriorated. Luckily she has a doctor’s appointment shortly after and he promptly admitted her to the hospital. He was shocked that no one at Buckeye Care sent her to be evaluated at the hospital.I wish I knew how to better warn others about Buckeye Care Center. What I can say here is avoid at all costs. I firmly believe if she has spent another week her she would have died with little care.

I had total hip replacement and chose to receive post surgery rehabilitation inpatient treatment.It was one of my best decisions in years. Every single staff member I encountered was enthusiastic, competent, experienced and truly caring. I felt as if I was among family.The facility is clean, and inviting. The food is better than any other healthcare food I had.Choose Buckeye Rehab if you like to be treated well.

I would say as rehab and medical professional that this facility stands apart because of the kind staff they have employed here. They love their patients and go above and beyond even making sure patients are well cared for even if that means coming in on days off or holidays and loosing time with their own families to care for others. I would trust this facility with my family no doubt. Kindness is the greatest gift a person can give another and i think this facility gets that.

My mother went to this facility after her knee replacement and she is doing fantastic! The therapy team is amazing and the staff treated her like family! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place a family member.

The employees at Buckeye Care & Rehab really do care about their residents. They become an extended family to many of the employees. The quality of care & attention is wonderful. I highly recommend this facility.

I came here for rehab post spinal surgery. Both of my daughters are nurses and we all couldnt of been more happier with my care. The staff were kind and tentative to my needs. I was here until I could safely return home. I would come back to this facility.

My dad came here for rehab for a few weeks after bypass surgery. Therapy was amazing. He still comes back to visit and bring treats.

The staff were devoted to the care of the residents. They need to answer call lights faster.

My aunt is in Homestead in Lancaster Oh. I went to visit her today and the sink in the bathroom is leaking. Instead of fixing it, there is a blanket under the sink. Before they put the blanket there, she fell. Now she has to have help gong to the bathroom. But when she calls for help it takes 10 or 15 minutes for someone to come. And they are not very nice at all.

My Mother had to be in there for a month during her rehab. The place is very outdated and dirty, I would never want her to go there again.
