Lancaster Health Services-Dr ofc is ok, Dr. Ofc staff understaffed...not too knowledgeable about everything in general, some Dr.s either dont care or slack doing their job to best of their ability, or new Dr./Phy. Assist doesnt have the knowledge and/or experience nor the patient experience and understanding to do their job well, Ive been in ofc heard a lot of murmuring, non professional attitude!! Great location, price is ok, 1st fl reception area staff r friendly, & know their routine role.Customer Service in whole bldg needs to be upgraded & she more professionalism. If staff doesnt like their job then move on. Dont make patients & atmosphere more miserable. Same scenario with lots of clients.NOT happy with my current Family Dr. situation..&^$@!
