Where do I start. Ms. Natalie is the bomb. She has been working on me since April and let me tell you. The results are amazing. Im seeing curves in areas I havent seen in years! Ms. Crystal the owner is very helpful and the other Ms. Crystal is going to enhance other features for me. Ive already had 1 treatment with her. What can I say I love glam studio.

I scheduled an appointment for Monday August 9,2021 @ 1pm at the Lancaster location. I was scheduled to get a B-12 shot. I confirmed my appointment through their systems text message. I was sent a reminder on Sunday of the appointment. I showed up today on time to my schedule appointment and basically she tells me to give her one moment. I have a seat. She comes back and tells me they are out of the shot until Wednesday. She asked if I could come back. I told her no. That it was extremely unprofessional to wait until I arrive to tell me that they couldnt provide the service I scheduled for. I drove 30 minutes to this appointment. On top of that the confirmation process says if I cancel without a 24 hour notice my card would be charges $45. So why arent they held to the same standard. Why didnt I get a phone call or text before wasting time and gas to show up. The lady was just looking at me like it is what it is. I feel like that is horrible customer service. I was suppose to have a consult to see what other services they recommend me to get and she didnt even do that. I was referred by a friend that I saw post them on snap. I wont be using their services or telling anyone about this place. Its sad that customer service isnt important anymore.

I paid for the cellulite reduction treatment on my legs and behind for a set of 3. My first appointment at the Frisco location was awesome ! I believe I saw crystal and she was amazing. My 2 other visits at the Lancaster location was very disappointing and made me rethink becoming a repeated customer. The technician did not know what I was coming in for, I had to explain it to her and then she only did the front part of my thighs, not the back or my bottom. I explained to her that I paid for all 3 and she said that she didn’t know that and didn’t have enough time to complete it and I would have to come back to get it done? But then she never asked for a time or date that I could come back. I had another treatment scheduled and it was the same person! And she did the same thing again, didn’t extend my appointment to make up for her previous error, and rushed me out the door! I was extremely dissatisfied with the service, the tech not knowing what services are to be done, and not making an attempt to fix the errors. I drove over an hour to get to the appointment, spent a significant amount of money for the services, and they never were completed. Just will not come here again.

I was serviced by Melody. I received the body detox..OMG its intense, but worth it! I felt great afterwards. The service started promptly after the short waiver. Make sure to bring comfortable clothes and get your hair from around your neck because you are going to sweat a pool..even bring extra undergarments because the ones you wear in will be soaked. Im excited to start wrapping

Today was my first time ever visiting Glam Body Studio and it was awesome. Crystal was super nice and she took the time to explain the benefits of the treatment. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I absolutely love glam body studio! Every time I come in I’m treated like family, if not better. Lashawn usually does my service and she is beyond amazing! We have great conversation, like we’ve known each other for years. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a person. When you go in ask for her, you won’t be disappointed.

I went and had my first V -Steam today! And it was very soothing quiet settings with calm music. I would recommend anyone. I can not wait to go back for my next one. The staff is very nice and helpful and will answer any questions you may have. Definitely a must!!!

I was a little skeptical at first, but let me tell you, LaShawn is a magician with the cavitation wand and wood therapy. I told her I wanted to tighten my lower belly and have more definition on my obliques and abracadabra I AM SNATCHED. YES!!!! No surgery completely painless. ​Ask for LaShawn she will get you bikini ready.

Crystal is amazing!! She really works hard to ensure you see and feel results. She’s the sweetest and very professional. I’ll admit I was hesitant and didn’t think the process would work. I’ve done wood therapy, it hurts but it’s worth it. I’ve also done the strawberry lipo, and lip cavitation. I absolutely love the detox, you will sweat. When I started Crystal told me she had a client go from an XL to a S waist trainer and I didn’t think it could happen for me but I went from an XL waist trainer to a Large in just 1 month, no exercise, drinking lots of water and watching what I eat. The procedures really encouraged me to watch what I eat because I usually eat bad but after doing lipo cavitation and being in the bathroom afterwards, I realized I needed to change things up a bit. I’m satisfied with my results and I can’t wait to see what happens next month.

Everyone and everything was great until my appointment was canceled due to their technical issues. Now I cant get a response from Glam Body. I still have 3 sessions and no one will return my calls. Im not happy at all right now. I spent too much money to be ignored. Thats why my rating is so low.

Please be careful with this business. They only do 2-3 sessions and will cancel your 4th session appointment and will never call you back to reschedule. The phone # they have it listed never answer or return calls. I have paid already for 15 sessions and nots right they only did 3 sessions will not be kind to call me back to reschedule to continue with my sessions or explaining why they can’t reschedule or refund my money???
