If I could give negative stars I would. Called almost a month in advance to schedule 3 appointments for a massage for a girls weekend. Got there and the lady said no we only have one person working today. There was a man in the waiting room and she said he was her 10:00 appointment. We were also scheduled for 10:00. Said we should call the manager. Called and spoke to the manager who said we could wait and have one massage at 11:00 and wait for her to come in at 12:30 and the other two could have their massage. Said yes and went in to wait as it was already 10:15 since our original massages were supposed to be at 10:00. We sat down and the lady popped out of the room where she was with the man to tell us we couldn’t wait in the spa because we didn’t have on a mask. I pulled out a mask and she told me we still had to leave. We went outside to wait and watched another man enter the spa and he was not asked to leave. At that point we decided to leave because I’m pretty sure I this in not your regular massage parlor and I didn’t really want to give money to that kind of business or have the hands that were doing Lord only knows what to those men touching my body. Called and scheduled pedicures at a more reputable establishment.

When we reentered the spa to wait for the 11:00 appointment the masseuse popped out of the room and told us we couldnt wait there because we didnt have masked when we pulled out our masked she still said we couldnt wait there we needed to go outside. We went out side to wait , after sitting there for awhile we watched another man enter the spa and never come back out. At that time we decided to leave since appears you only get serviced if you are a man.Big disappointment considering this was supposed to be one of the highlights of our girls weekend. Booked pedicures with a lovely nail salon and had a great experience there.

Not professional at all. Called late September to schedule appointments for 3 of us for the middle of October. Got to appointment and there was only one person there and she didnt know anything about us. I had actually tried to call the day before and no one answered. Called the manager and she said she couldnt come in because she had family obligations. Well dont schedule appointments then. We had a nice girls weekend away planned but werent able to get out messages. Very disappointing.

Excellent massages by Jenny the owner. Probably the best I have had. Totally professional. Prices are a bargain.

For my wedding anniversary treat, I scheduled a 90 minute couple massage for today, Saturday at 130p. We arrived at the spa early at 110pm, the lady stated that she thought we had cancelled and no one was available at the time. It was bittersweet and disappointing that we couldnt be accomodate our request for service

Was hesitant to come here for a massage based on other reviews, but I didn’t experience anything negative! I was on the table and massaged for 60 minutes. I didn’t have the experience of my masseuse leaving the door open or talking to her coworkers. It was an excellent massage and I felt completely relaxed when I left.I would say that if you consider coming here, bring cash. There is a $3 fee for the card machine, which is pretty standard for small businesses. Either way, I’m happy to support a woman-run business!

Private room. You can get fully nude here and feel relaxed. But the lady always talks to her coworker and doesnt give you full attention and you wont leave fully satisfied. :(. Also leaves the door open until the end when she massages around your intimate parts. They need to be more attentive and also do better job

This is my favorite place to go. If I need heavy-duty deep tissue work they do it well. Or if I just need to relax and decompress with light and/or medium pressure- they are excellent as well.Very clean and quiet rooms in professional building.As I enter middle age, I appreciate therapeutic value of massage in keeping me limber and pain-free vs. Advil or other chemicals. This is a Small women-owned business. I get the sense the owner handpicks the masseuses - I’ve never had a bad massage here..

See photo, after 5 pm and on weekends you may need to call to be let in. They will give PIN number to enter in keypad. Easy if you know about it, can be frustrating if you don’t.This place back in business with normal hours, but best to call and make appointment since sometimes only 1 person on duty. Excellent place no matter what mood I am in. Brisk, deep tissue massage for when muscles are sore and tight. Or a light relaxation massage to wind down after a rough day.Great availability - sometimes you need a massage on short notice and they are open until 9:30 pm. I have recommended to friends, and they have enjoyed their session here as well. Very clean, brand-new facility in an office building - first floor for easy access. Short walk from Fridge Restaurant and Lancaster Arts Hotel.

My first massage at Rosebud was an amazing experience! As a longtime sufferer of chronic back and neck pain, I found the treatment to be incredibly beneficial and relaxing at the same time. The massage therapist was friendly and responsive to my every need. Clean, welcoming and great ambiance all around, very pleased! *I highly recommend the hot stone treatment!

I went for a massage on my birthday and was extremely disappointed. First, the masseuse left the door open and chatted with her colleague while massaging me. This continued on and off for about five minutes before her co-worker received a client. Still, the door was left open, and I had to sit up and ask for it to be closed. If youve had a massage at a reputable place before, you know that this is beyond unacceptable (door to be open/speaking to co-worker during massage). A friend who got a couples massage there said they did the same thing to him (he told me this after mine).Second, the atmosphere, music, and massage oil was not of good quality. Finally, when going to pay and tip, the woman explained (somewhat) that they are charged $3 for the use of a credit card machine and I must figure that $3 into my total amount of tip and massage cost. That isnt a lot of money, but it is just the principle that frustrated me.I would never go back, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

I have had a couple massages here and I will definitely be going back. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are quiet and peaceful. And the massage! When I need a firm massage, they deliver, and also offer extras like hot towels and hot stones. So relaxing.

Great experience, great massage in a very relaxing environment

Made an appointment online. Showed up. She asked me if I wanted a massage I said yes, I made an appointment online yesterday. She looked confused, called a woman in front of me and spoke another language. It was daylight savings and the clocks were pushed back, not sure if that was the mix up because they seemed to argue with each other over the phone in front of me. She then told me to come back, never giving me a time but I had no intention of returning anyway. Totally unprofessional. Heard this place was just sub par but was going to give it a chance since it was close and I thought the online scheduling would work. Ill spend my money at the mall massage instead.

I have chronic back and leg muscle tightness due to sciatica and my work history. Ive also been to a few different massage places over the years. In spite of the negetive reviews mentioning opened doors and a lack of privacy or attention, which I also experienced, the massage was the best Ive had. It was deep and seemed more thorough than what Ive experienced other places. If you want a good atmosphere with good oil and music go somewhere else. If you want a massage and dont care about much else this is the place. Its also less $$ than everywhere else.

I called and scheduled a couples massage days in advance, they didnt understand what I was asking for but scheduled it anyway. When we showed up there was only one person there who couldnt communicate with us.Drove there for nothing, waste of our time. Huge disappointment.

Worst customer service. Massage is good enough, but the masseuses are unprofessional. If you are paying for 60 minutes, be prepared to be left alone in the room as they take personal phone calls, leave the room to talk to each other, and answer walk in clients all on the time they should be spending with you on the table. Ive given this place three tries and this will be the last.
