It wasnt great. My back still hurt when I left, which happens sometimes. But I was still in pain the next day. I was also hot the entire time. The air conditioning wasnt helping and there was not a fan in the room to help.

Massage itself was of excellent quality. Felt great, and therapist was well trained. For those that are used to a spa experience in addition to a massage, be aware that this is not that kind if place; it is purely functional /theraputic. No formal draping with sheets, no spa decor, the place is slightly dark and curtained but clean and comfortable. Also be aware that therapists work from on the table, not beside it. If you are OK with these things, this massage will give you great value for the money.

They dont really deserve a star but anyways, the massage was average but be careful when you pay with your card they may just take extra money than what was suppose to be paid. They also charge tip and wont let you leave until you give them a good tip and by that we mean $10. Even after it not being an a good enough massage.

I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a relaxing evening, so I decided to book a massage for him. I know what youre thinking- why didnt I do it myself? Laziness. Lets be honest, everyone is tired after a long day at work. Anyways, I booked an appointment for him to see Cera, a massage therapist. Cera is an absolute sweetheart! She is so friendly, and my boyfriend felt *so* relaxed and lighter after the session. I may or may not have turned him into a massage addict. Burke Williams itself is gorgeous. Their waiting area has the most lavish couches, a chandelier, and an assortment of magazines while you wait. Its a very calming, serene environment that you would never guess is part of a mall. It was money very well spent, I cant wait to come back (but for myself this time, my bf is on his own).

Worst massage ever!! My wife and I went at the same time. Although we had different therapists, they were equally bad. Definitely will not go back.
