My husband and I went in for massages this morning...I dont want to offend anyone, (Ive worked at a few high-end spa as a nail tech, and had some great massages!) But this was THE BEST message Ive ever had! Kevin was amazing! He hit all the spots that have been hurting. He concentrated on my back and shoulders like I asked. He added hot stones, which I wasnt expecting, but were delightful! AND the price is great! I HIGHLY recommended Karefoot, and especially Kevin! Chris LOVED his massage too... but he cant remember his technicians name... he thought maybe Tina... or Lisa? (So there was a tiny communication issue....πŸ˜œπŸ™„πŸ˜„)

Needed quick attention to pinched nerve in shoulder. Tina at Kare fixed me up in a 90 min. Massage at Kare. It was a very good massage. Language barrier made it difficult in beginning to help her understand what was hurting me but we figured it out together. I will return.

The massage rates are very affordable and fair. The staff are all very friendly, and its nice that they have private rooms for full body massages. Theres not a lot of staff so unfortunately you may have long wait times, especially when combined with long massage times.

I am not a Karen, but this was a Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I went to get a 30 minute massage for 35 dollars. It was the full body massage, however, we both got just our shoulders done and nothing else for the entire half hour. Then at the end, I paid the 70 dollars for both massages and was basically yelled at because I didnt tip, even though the massage was NOT what I paid for. Also the man and woman massaging us talked the entire time. Not relaxing at all, very disrespectful, and rude to say the least. Not worth the money. I dont know how theyre still in business considering none of them are licensed massage therapist. Im quite sure its illegal to do what theyre doing.

If you’re looking for a relaxing experience, this is obviously not the place for you. The mall is loud. The language barrier can be difficult, and sheet draping/modesty is basically nonexistent. But if you don’t care about those things and are just looking for a really good massage, they are GOOD. I love that I can walk in anytime and walk out feeling amazing.

I have been going here for years and they continue to impress me every time. Their establishment may not have all the bells and whistles of a spa but their massage therapists are the best I have ever experienced. Their deep tissue is INTENSE and it worth the extra money! Highly recommend.

Just left the Kare foot in Lancaster pa in park city. I was charged for a deep tissue massage that I did not choose. I asked about the extra charge and they all of a sudden didn’t know English. So being charged extra I go to leave and the lady yells for a tip. Why when I was charged extra would I give a tip? This is not professional at all! While getting a massage they used vegetable oil instead of massage oil! Why?!?

Ugh... This was okay for what it was... I guess? The room was cold and had zero music or aromatherapy/scents. It was also incredibly dark, which was a little odd. Both my daughter and I found the staff very robotic and inhuman. Meh, it was $20 for 20 min and it did the job okay, but the overall experience sucked. I need more than just muscles rubbed in cold, dark silence. The biggest negative came when settling the bill. The worker insisted I leave a tip. When I reluctantly added a few dollars, he gave me a scornful look and insisted I double it because there were two people... I kinda wished I scratched it out altogether. I was hoping it would be okay, but really should have avoided the mall massage and gone elsewhere.

Walked into this place with knots in my neck & shoulders and the gentleman spoke very little English, but answered my questions and in minutes I was on the chair & he put all effort in the knots asking if I was ok every now & then. This isnt for people who cant handle pain! 20 minutes of serious knot work I feel great, wonderful job working my knots & fast and courteous, even tho my massage took past closing. All just for $20!!! Ill be back

Went for a 1 hour massage. No one spoke or understood English when I came in. Hard time communicating with them. Requested female and guy said no female available but I waited. I got a lady named coco. The massage was definitely deep or rough whatever you want to call it.The massage was good but when I went to go pay I tipped $7 and coco went back n forth wth me about she needed a bigger tip because she worked hard. She said she wanted 20% tip . I told her $7 was tip n she took the money n said bye. Very rude n it was very disrespectful to have someone confront you over wanting more tip. No one spoke English to complain to.Customer service is always part of your business n this location failed in that area.

This place is a complete joke. Was charged for a 1hr massage session and only received a 30 minute session. On top of being charged for an hour the lady had the nerve to ask for a tip! She acted like she didn’t speak English but once it came to giving a tip her English was on point! Horrible place doesn’t even deserve a one star. You’re in America learn the language or go back to where you’re from!

Hit or miss with this place. Attendant stopped the massage several times to check phone. Another instance I listened to belching every minute for an hour. It used to be better. I received two gift cards for here. Some of massage specialists are great but a few definitely need to go.

My wife asked for promostional 20 dollars of shoulder massage when we passed by this place last Sunday out of curiosity. A tall slim guy massaged one shoulder only and told her it was done. She wanted both shoulders to be done and was told that would be 30 dollars. OK, we even paid tips. After we left, my wife felt the right should was in pain when she raised her hand to certain point. We returned and my wife talked to that guy about it. He massaged that shoulder for 30 seconds and she felt better. I guess he knows what he is doing? We regret trying it

Got a 60 minute torture massage by a male . Walked in and he was the only person there. Not friendly at all. He asked if I wanted regular or deep tissue. I requested regular. The face rest had a paper towel on it and the bed was covered with a paper like cover you find in Dr office. The sheet was paper thin. I don’t think he had any skill besides pushing extremely hard. I asked for lighter pressure but I don’t think he understood. It was absolutely horrible and uncomfortable. After the 50 some minutes he said I was done and left. He gave me a total and that was the last word he said to me. I left there feeling almost like I was bruised which lasted several days. I will NEVER go back!

The asian woman who gave me back, neck , and arm message worked into the deep tissue and resolved all issues I was dealing with which were pain stiffness and some immobility. I will ask for her next time . It was at time painful but with the scoliosis I been enduring there were places that I had so called knots in my shoulder blades and neck area and she worked them out . It was worth enduring pain in some of the message and enjoyed how I felt afterwords .

Doesnt really matter what you ask for, even if you point to it on their menu, because no one there speaks English. So they do either foot or body, and charge you what they want. You cannot even have a conversation about it. They need someone there who can actually communicate with the customers. Horrible experience.

I went in after being let off work early due to severe back pain. The two men at the front desk immediately gave warm smiles and were pleasent,(the whole experience was very in and out, which as an introvert I perferred, but I never felt rushed). This was my first paid massage; I got a $40, 30 minute deep tissue massage and was throughly impressed!I had a knot in my upper shoulder for 2 years and without me giving direction, I could tell the masseuse was putting extra focus on that spot(and I believe its actually gone!), as well as a little extra care to all the most painful parts of my back. I dont make much money, but it was such a relief I gave them 10 extra, I felt amazing the moment I got up and I felt incredible walking out of the mall.Would recommend to anyone who needs a massage with little worry of needing an appointment, (very quick), and compared to the prices of the other 10 or so salons I tried to make an appointment with, I felt theirs were very reasonable and not too expensive at all. It was throughly convenient, a huge relief being serviced so quickly, and I will definitely be going back there again!

The guy literally massaged my stomach through my back. He pushed so hard, he touched my soul. They dig their fingers and knuckles into your bones...especially in the shoulder blades, and they do it until you have tears coming down your face. Thats why they put a paper towel over the cushion where your face goes. When you get up, the paper towel sticks to your face.
