STAY AWAY! Do NOT go here!!! I had a terrible first birth experience! Please do not go here for your own sake and your babies sake!!! The nurses are CRUEL, they DO NOT CARE about you!! They made me feel embarrassed for being in labor pain, my epidural doctor called me a princess for crying!! No comfort, no kindness, I was terrified and no one cared!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I BEG YOU TO NOT GO HERE!!! Teach your muses some empathy!!!!!

Went in for bleeding, left with even more. It is normal to spot after a cervical check but after my encounter with these cold nurses I am so glad they discharged me so my OB could check me properly . I ran as fast as I could to another hospital. They have zero regard for comfort and will shove their entire hand in you as fast as they can. If possible I recommend FACEY!!!

Terrible place. First I brought my wife in because of bleeding and the nurses act like they’re gods gift to the world. She was panicked and it took over 45 minutes to get her triaged. They informed her she was very dehydrated but still took an extra hour to start an IV. They’re super rude kept us waiting over 7 hours for a urine test that they made her take multiple times because the samples weren’t sent to the lab, and when we asked how much longer they just said “you can leave if you want no one is forcing you to be here” I’m a paramedic and I understand how overworked ER nurses are but this isn’t an ER, this place should make my wife feel safe and now she’s embarrassed to come here for delivery because of the way she was treated. The doctor kept claiming she had multiple surgeries which would have been understandable if I hadn’t left the room and seen her texting and laughing with the nurses. I hate to complain but we arrived at 21:30 and left at 07:00 the next day. My wife had to work that morning and she has to do it on no sleep. If they had just sent the first sample instead of letting it sit for 2 hours then we may have been out of there before 02:00.

Great nurses, staff, doctors. I was amazed of my stay at the hospital I couldnt have asked for better.

What an amazing team! The nurses, Doctors, and entire team were the best. It shows they love what they do. They made us feel as comfortable as possible and the education for our Preemie baby was amazing. They really care and I cannot believe they do not have all five stars. They explained everything so well.

I loved my experience there! Everyone was great i felt so loved there that i didnt even want to leave the hospital! If i could do it all over again i would! They help you so much there. Thanks to all the nurses me and my baby felt loved! Keep up the good work.

I had to get induced on December 26th andBetsy, Mary, Connie, Tiffany, Heather and Patricia all nurses that took care of me and my soon to be new born were absolutly gods send. It is my first time being in a hospital setting period and these nurses made sure to always take care of me and my baby. They were amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you guys so much !! The Hernandez family appreciates everything that you did for us. Now were home with our new born and all I have to take care of are some stitches -_- but Im feeling great. Happy New Year!!!

I just delivered my son here today and let me tell you i had the best experience from the receptionist to speeding everything fast for me to get checked as fast as they could because my contrations were horrible back to back And the nurses who where on call with me heather and alyssa even the anesthesiologist guy And the midwive on call were so nice too, they made my stay there amazing and took good care of me. thats how nurses need to be keep up the good work i will never forget what you ladies did for me in my worst pain of timeOverall i had an amazing experience here at the wip

Horrible. Small hospital, rude nurses, understaffed. They will rush you out of here despite obvious issues with your pregnancy. The nurses are Know it alls and will perform tests improperly and tell you, Its ok, I know what Im doing.

All the nurses were so amazingly friendly but 1 she made my labor a living hell. She treated me like i was ignorant. The way she spoke to my mother and I was unnacceptable. At that time with contractions coming and going i had no way of paying attention to her rudeness. She was also rude to my mother. I never let that slide. I did send back the survey questionar about my experience there and i got no replie so im putting my rating on here. I know and understand that nurses have a long day when on shift and she might have not been having a good day but im a fist time mother she coukd have made my experience a tad bit easier. I was already super stressed out that i wasnt dialating enough for her to treat me like she did. But over all i am thankful they dilivered my baby boy healthy. Almost 5 months in and im loving every sexond of motherhood.
