I contacted AseraCare back in January to assist with my father, who was already being cared for in a well established skilled care facility. I needed additional help with pain management, caring for him, and making him comfortable as he was declining towards death. AseraCare was the best choice I could have ever made! They immediately met with me and my father at the facility and evaluated him. Upon my father being admitted to hospice, the AseraCare team worked consistently and together to always provide me updates, monitor his condition, and communicate with the facility and the primary care doctor. I am very grateful for everything this organization did to care for my father and help me. Thank you, AseraCare!!
