I was looking for a female doctor after seeing a male doctor for the past 7 years. I didnt feel heard at the other doctor and he really lacked bedside manner. I was referred to Highland Family Practice by a good friend and I am thrilled to now be a patient of Dr. D. She listened to all of my concerns, offered low cost options for treatments, and was genuinely the most comforting doctor Ive sat with in years. I highly recommend this practice and Dr D!!

Not a fan of this office. They dont always return patient calls, they dont seem very concerned with their patients care or well-being, and they will keep giving you meds without figuring out what the real underlying problems are. The desk staff is very friendly. Thats the only reason why I gave 3 stars. I will use them until I find a better doctor in the area.

I have had Dr. GRAY as my doctor for over 30 years and he was always wonderful explaining medical issues with me. I will miss him, since he just retired.

After originally writing a bad review on the entire office, I decided that was unfair. Dr Lindsay Darment is kind and seems to care about her patients well being. The problem arose when she went on a temporary leave. Both my wife and I were forced to see different drs at the office in the meantime. Today I saw a dr whos solution to my medicine not being effective was to do the same thing that hasnt been working. He made no attempt to try to fix the problem but instead rushed me out of the office without answering any of my questions. My wife also had a bad experience with another dr here. Unless you are seeing Dr darment stay as far away from this place as possible!!! Ive never written a bad review about anywhere but today was the worst experience at a business Ive had in a long time.
