Lancaster geriatrics is an excellent Practice that I would highly recommend.They interact with other specialists to give well-rounded care.All the staff are very knowledgeable friendly and respectful.

I do not understand why Rich chose this practice to complain about the medical system, but its unfair to post it about Lancaster Geriatrics.My husband has seen physicians at this practice for 17 years now. Everyone has always been so accommodating, so insightful, responding to our needs and offering good options when needed. The staff are friendly and capable, and great to deal with on the phone and in person.Mikes care has always been well coordinated with his other physicians, some of whom are NOT part of the LGH network. There has never been an issue with this.Geriatric care is specialized to seniors needs, and I am so glad to have these folks on our side.

In Lancaster county you pretty much have to deal with a doctoropoly(A group of doctors all working for the same company). Notice how theie listings all go to one website and have the same phone number. No single doctor I have found can do more than one specific thing. Apparently doctors today are so specialized they can only refer you to other doctors and even within the same organization their is no coordination. Hopefully you dont get a cough and a runny nose because you now need to see two separate doctors for it.
