Spoke with a staff member tried to ask a question. She immediate said “thanks for not calling anymore” and hung up. DO NOT GO HERE. I’m sure the Dr. Fernandez is nicer than the staff. They just need to quit or be fired. Because there’s customer service/ people skills suck. They must be miserable people. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Thelma Fernandez MD has retired and the person working from here is Marina Gold MD. The staff is a joke and lazy from the looks of it. Such poor communication amongst themselves that they had no idea I had a in-person appointment that was confirmed they day before and they had no record of the appt or that I was called to confirm the day prior.

Horrible place. The receptionists are extremely rude. Dr. Fernandez was not too friendly.

I didnt know that doctor Fernandez was retiring they did not give me any notification to make an appointment with the new doctor I take medicine for mental health they wont give me an appointment until November the 9th I keep calling them they promised me a call back they said the doctor would review the medication and they would call me and let me know but because we are military and its military insurance they dont even Consider me a human being to give me a call back I dont even know if the doctor knows about this but I say this is very very poore service on their part

Dr. Fernández is a very good doctor, but some of her staff are disrespectful to patients, speacilly the midget one. Shes always in a bad mood and treats people horrible. The lady who normally handles the appointments is very efficient and respectful, her nurses are the best, and the lady who handles the documents is good too. The lady hiding in the back desk is not helpful at all and its also very much disrespectful to patients too.

Like 90% of ppl on here are saying EXPECT to wait for Hours almost, the staff doesnt return calls & forgets that your on hold. Its horrible. If you can find another Dr then thats a better option.

Expect to wait for at least an hour in the waiting room regardless of appointment time. Always treated like a first time patient. Her staff has lost my xrays, labs, etc. results on multiple occasions, but always they blame somebody else. The staff refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Consistent issues with appts and referrals being messed up. In the middle of my most recent visit, while discussing my health problems (many of which were discussed the previous visit, but the promised referrals never came), Dr. Fernandez stood and tried to leave in the middle of my sentence stating that she didnt have all day and she had other patients to see.To add insult to injury, theres been a sign in the waiting room that reads, This isnt Burger King - You cant have it your way. Ive complained multiple times to the staff about this sign. When I told Dr. Fernandez that I was upset with the sign she said that she was unaware of it. Its HER reception area! Why is she not aware of whats going on in her office?I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Despite the bad reviews I decided I was going to give it a shot, since most of the comments are about the staff and not the doctor. I couldnt even schedule an appointment. I was on hold for 18 mins. I only decided to wait because I really need the appointment, due to my lupus and fibromyalgia. To top it off the reviews were are right. The girl that answered was rude and incompetent. Go elsewhere!

Dr Fernández is my primary care physician i have congestive heart failure went in for her to sign a DMV paper so i can obtain a handicap placard was told i have to pay $25.00 dollars i was shocked!!! Isnt this ilegal?? The DMV doesnt even charge for this service!! My experience with Dr Fernández and her staff is ridiculous to say the least! Going to change my primary care physician plus contacting better business Bureau...Do not go to this doctor stay away!!! By the way so many signs in waiting room this office is not professional.Will even give my name thats how disappointed i am $25,00 dollars to sign a paper fixed income congestive heart failure wow.Arthur Martinez.

Dr. Fernandez is great but her staff is horrible ! Ruby with the 2 pony tails have a horrible attitude !!!! she needs to be replaced

Idk why they book so much people in one day when theres only one Dr,!!! Each time I visited this office I waited more than a hour, each time! the last visit I had my appt. was at 3:45, they didnt call me in until 4;30 then still had to wait in the room for another 30 minutes or so.. whats up with that!!

I love Doctor Fernandez its Ruby whose a pill to deal with...She is so rude !!!... I left and went to another Drs office which is so much better !!!...Its a shame of how many complaints that are overlooked !!!

Every time I go visit with appointment I wait more then 3 hours! Doctor dont care about the patients. Your more of a number then her patient. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Worst experience!!!

Cant get in to see her right away called to make an appointment had an upper respiratory issue and was told that I couldnt see her until 2 months later so was forced to go to e.r instead

Just called to see if Dr was accepting new patients. Girl who answered was rude, she talked over me.

My children were assigned here and they refused to treat them. They need to update their system.

Expect to wait at least 2-3 hrs before seeing the doctor , its not the staff but the doctor who has everyone booked back to back 😡

Its takes along time to get results, get an appointment, the staff seems to have a problem with each other (arguing and complaining at each other).
