Nurses Estrella and Maria are great. They’re very friendly and such great nurses. They make you feel very comfortable and find ways to keep everything moving quick. They were very patient trying to find my Surro babies heartbeat, it took them some time but we heard a great heartbeat.

Estrella & Maria are such great & FAST workers! I love the way they get us in & out of the building with such great care & being sure no questions are left unanswered. I hated waiting out in the waiting room for such a long period of time like I used to! Please keep these two running the floors 🥰 love them

When I first started coming here the wait time was ridiculous. The nurses really seemed to be struggling to keep up but Ever since Estrella implemented the new schedule to provide more efficient and shorter wait times i have no complaints. The doctors are great and the staff seems to be less stressed then before which is great for me and my baby! The nurses here are awesome they seem to really care.

I was transferred to this clinic recently and everyone is so nice and helpful, especially the nurse Estrella she gets things done. My experience with this place has been okay but I noticed the wait time has been longer than usual waiting for the doctor to come in. Once I go in for my appointment I have to wait almost an hour later to see the doctor. Id expect the doctor to already be there once I go in but that’s not the case and it makes it hard when I have other appointments to attend to.

Estrella and Dr Vandyke are very helpful and are doing an amazing job! Especially during this COVID Pandemic, making things run smooth and very knowledgeable! Also sanitizing between all patients, in the rooms and all the common areas! Thank you very much for really caring and taking care of people! God bless.

I love the nurses especially how Estrella works, ever since I came with my first pregnancy now my 3rd with this office she has been taking care of me fast with taking my vitals and making sure I am no waiting for a room for a long time. She is very friendly, professional and fast paced. Dr. Meyers as well love this clinic and staff very professional. Nothing but good experiences.

Came to this doctor office with both of my two youngest and the staff is very sweet, they listen to all your concerns and go the extra mile. They have made me feel so comfortable and cared for with my second pregnancy that I decided to have my last baby with them also. Come during the morning time its tends to be faster and calmer.

I would like to share my experience at this place I want to start of with the doctor she was amazing she explained everything even though I already knew she wasn’t in a rush to tell me again. I had a biopsy done and I had some discomfort because of the procedure but Gabriela was amazing on showing me how to relax and making me feel comfortable thankyou Gabriela, Estrella was really sweet I really appreciate the staff 1000+ thanks for making me have a great experience

This clinic has been the best. This is my first pregnancy and everyone is so kind, patient and informative. Nurse Estrella is wonderful and so helpful along with Dr. Gendy and Dr. Meyers.Dr. Meyers is extremely professional and takes the time to explain everything to you. Each visit I’ve had has been fast and straight to the point which is absolutely perfect for me. Definitely recommend!

I was treated here with my second child ! I have no compliance! The nurses and Dr.Meyers were incredible great ! From taking my vitals to my doctor check up very profesional .DR. Meyer is one of the best she take the time to explain to you everything on your pregnancy process , exams results and other . She’s really patient and has a very high level of professionalism.I totally recommend them .

Really unprofessional people work here, you have to call all day just for them to pick up the phone and try to set an appointment. I was trying to do all these things to make my girls life easier but made things worse and when you get here you still have to wait one more hour passed your scheduled appt. The reason for this is because they have kids at the front desk doing everything.

Estrella is AMAZING. best part about coming into the office is her upbeat attitude. Completely love her.

I’ve been coming here since i first found out i was pregnant and in the beginning i was waiting 2-3 hours to be seen. Estrella has changed it and the new scheduling has been better! I get seen almost right away now and i don’t dread coming to my appointments anymore!! :)

The nurse Estrella is super helpful and polite. She always smiles even when she is busy. The doctors are very helpful and give you as much information as they can. The waiting time is just super long.

They always are quick to take my vitals and the nurses are always informative and nice but the wait time is always long to see the doctor. I work at 1pm and even if I have an early appointment I don’t see the doctor for a few hours. I wish I could have earlier appointments to be seen faster.

The staff and doctors are great at this office . It was a great experience for me the whole way thru my pregnancy. When I moved 50 mins away I still continued the go there because I was comfortable seeing doctor Meyers and as my due date approached she prepared me with all the paperwork I needed for the hospital incase I didn’t deliver at the nearby hospital . Saw Dr Gendy for my annual exam he was amazing. Very happy with the service I received. The girls where amazing very friendly and helpful specially his assistant Jasmine and Estrella.

I know a lot of people are super impatient. But not everything can be done in 1 min. There’s pregnant women that have complications and might need more time than usual.How you expect to come in right away and let the doctor see you right away. Any who , estrella is a really really nice person. I’m a first time mom but she made me feel like home. She made me feel comfortable & always tells me to eat and take care of myself.Along with the other nurses. Everyone learns different. But I haven’t had any bad experiences with the other nurses. Everyone Is so sweet ! & dr. Myers is a sweetheart. Always answers all my questions!

I had my whole prenatal care in this facility and I loved it the whole staff makes me feelComfortable and they took good care of me .. just had my tubal ligation with Dr.farid and I feel great no complications.. the nurses are awesome!!

I like their location to an extent. They overbook theirselves which makes scheduling appointments almost not worth it because you will literally be waiting for 4 hours after your appointment time(I wish I was exaggerating) just to barely be seen for 10min(if you’re not pregnant). I can believe the pregnant women receive better care but still have to wait just as long as everybody else. I don’t know how it is for the pregnant women’s follow ups, but just for check ups they barely call you back, if not at all or they take up to 3 weeks to find out any test results. It’s ridiculous how many times I’ve called after waiting 2 weeks to find out anything from them. Their communication is 1.5 out of 5. They get stuff done, it just depends on how long that will take.

I been coming to this clinic for 8 years or since my first pregnancy,now on my 3rd one.Im happy with the service. I love Dr. Myers and Dr. Gendy,2 hours waiting time the most but I go morning appointments now its a lot faster than afternoon, it only takes an hour or less waiting time.For the front desk employee they are helpful,especially Estrella I been knowing her for 8 years now,shes very sufficient and get her job done quick as she can during busy hours, friendly and love her positive attitude.The only thing i didnt like is that the laboratory inside the clinic opens half day only.

Nurse Estrella has been the only person in this office to ever check my vitals throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum. She is so kind and professional. I’m gonna miss my check ups with her

This is our second baby with Dr. Samy Farid, our Dr. Ghendy is one of the best, I see multiple reviews about the cleanliness, and I agree. Along with the phone wait times are ridiculous. Both of my pregnancies I have been helped by this wonderful nurse named “Estrella” her along with a couple of others have made my experience there pleasant amidst the hour to 2 hour waits to see the Dr., Unfortunately Dr. Daisy is no longer with them, she never took longer than 45min to see a patient.In my opinion they need a person who can run the place efficiently and maintain cleanliness.

This office was absolutely amazing the girls were great and most importantly Dr. Gendy was amazing from my first visit to my surgery to my last visit. He truly cares about his patients and makes sure the patients understand whats going on with them. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

Estrella and the whole staff have made my experience at Samy Farid amazing, Dr. Gendy has made my pregnancy a lot more stress free from having so many complications. Overall the facility is working really well together now to give a better service and I for one am great full for them.

The people who work here are ok but unfortunately whoever does the scheduling here does an awful job. EVERY visit except for maybe two I’ve had to wait for about 3 hours before I ever saw a doctor. Them handling the disability forms is ridiculous too! They make you fill out the actual paper and bring it in. Kinda of tuff to do when you just had a baby. The last doctors office I was in did it all online. Much easier and convenient

I’ve been Coming to this doctor Ever Since My first Child . Nurse Estrella has Always been On It .Getting In the Patients fast & Sometimes Getting 2 Patients At Once for Vitals, Getting The Waiting Process Much Faster .

My appointment was at 11:10am and I didn’t get called into a room until 1pm. The doctor didn’t actually see me until 2pm and then they only spoke to me for 5 minutes and then told me to schedule a follow up for next steps. I was really hoping to get the services today since I had already been waiting so long but it looks like I’ll have to take another day off work to finish this process that should not have taken this long.

I been coming here since 2018 and I been seeing Estrella she’s been really nice and helpful with everything she does her best to get you to the back as soon as she has a room ready she nice and helpful when you need something

The nurse (Estrella) that usually takes my vitals is helpful and polite. Always try’s to have a smile even when she is extremely busy. With my first pregnancy she gave me very helpful advice. The doctors are very helpful and give you as much information as they can. Only downside is waiting time.

Everytime I come in for my appointment ESTRELLA takes my blood pressure she is really respectful and professional .I also recommend DR.GENDY he is a great ob explains everything and answers all my questions and I cant forget violet shes so sweet and friendly too

I been very happy at this clinic. This is my 3rd pregnacy. Dr. Gendy has done a great job with all his patients and so have all the girls there specially Estrella, she is very friendly and helpful!

The staff at this clinic are very nice and generous I love how they have a foundation lab on site so when the doctor orders labs you can get it done right there at there clinic

I have seen both Dr Gendy and Dr Myers and they have both been kind and have best interest for me and my child. However this clinic takes way to long to see their patients. They set you an appointment for one time and I have always been seen about 40mins to an hr after that set time or sometimes even longer. My visits with the Drs only last about 10mins if that. No help when it can down to doing disability paperwork and they do charge for the Dr to sign off on them as well as everything needs to be printed out. The wait time for the paperwork to be filled out is a bit long as well.

Called today was told I wasnt able to set up an appointment over the phone. I must go into there office fill out paper work and the doctor will review it and then theyll call me to set up an appointment. Very inconvenient to have to waste gas like its cheap now in days and be expose to Covid twice. Will be letting my PCP know! I wont be going there!

I feel for all the new and former mamas that come to this office. This office and the manager that runs it are all very unprofessional and rude to the moms that come here for care. I have personally witnessed multiple people tell the front office how inconsiderate they are to patient calls and in office care. They disregarded my needs as a new mom and did whatever they wanted even when I had requested specifics. They will leave you on hold for over 20 minutes and then hang up on you. This has happened multiple times to me personally. I even addressed the issues with the office manager and she didnt take responsibility for how her team operates, instead she hung up on me as well. They do the bare minimum to ensure the practice doesnt get shut down but eventually there will be enough complaints that they will get shut down. STEER CLEAR of this practice if you can. No new mom deserves to feel like shes not being heard or cared for properly ESPECIALLY if its her first child. This office is an example of people who dont actually appreciate the job they do and the moms they help but are only really in it for the money thats made. They would not be up and running if it wasnt for the moms that have no choice but to be seen at their facility. Truly praying no mom dies while in their care because of the lack of care.

Worst obgyn ever un professional not family friendly over booked and you have to wait for other people to be seen during your scheduled appointment time!

Let me start by saying that I’m still waiting for them to call me it’s been 3 weeks trying to get my insurance approved. I had to go to Dr Kurian and they were able to get back to me within a day. The staff here at Farid is very unorganized and rude. I’ve never felt good here, but that was my mistaken. The doctors are nice and attentive. they delivered both my boys. it’s always packed here, and you would assume that having a big staff would be more easy going, Not at all. And it’s very unfortunate that the doctors pay for it bcuz of their rude staff. don’t come here, you will be waiting forever.

I love Dr. Gendy he is very caring. I am high risk and had several 2nd trimester miscarriages years ago. I have two children that were born preterm and I am currently pregnant again. Dr. Gendy know of my history and immediately started to get things done as far as ordering my weekly progesterone shots and etc. He really take his time and talk with you and give you the best options possible. Also I love the manager she is a sweetheart♥️ Thank you so much for caring for me and my unborn child 23 weeks so far!

Was there today and was told I couldnt get seen, due to medical pending status. I have regular medical until April 1st when I will have blueshield. They are suppose to see me because in the meanwhile I will have regular medical. Im about a little over 5 months pregnant but I guess im not a priority. Spoke to management, didnt seem like they were trying to help me out. I ve been crying since I left the clinic due to frustration and I dont know what other clinic to go to that would receive blueshield

I took my daughter there and we were there for 3 hours total. The office is very disorganized and they seriously overbook patients.

My wifes appointment was at 2:30 and its 4:00 and she still hasnt been seen worst place in town

This Is My 3rd baby haven and ive always came to samy Farid they are so nice and they help you with anything they really care about the patients and the babys i always recommend this dr to anybody i know that gets pregnant because i just love this place this is by Far the number one place in the antelope valley

I have been coming to this OBGYN since I had my first child and Estrella has been one of the greatest person. She has been extremely kind the fact that she asks every patient on how we are doing and shows that she cares. Dr. Gendy is a great doctor and does a good job in explaining things and also shows that he cares not only about your baby but also the mother. Extremely thankful fo both of them.

I love Dr. Meyers, she takes her time to make sure all questions are answered. She is very understanding and is very attentive to concerns. This is my first pregnancy. There is a time issue, I suggest bringing food and water, and scheduling the day off because often times they don’t see you until 3 hours after your appointment time. The ants weren’t my biggest concern, people just need to clean up after themselves. The nurses in the back however, need to be a whole lot professional, they complain about their job. In my opinion, it’s worth coming here for Dr. Meyers, I just wish the waits weren’t so long and boring.

I wish i wouldve listened to the reviews. My very first experience with them was a bad one, the nurse who did my intake paperwork over the phone was rude. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks i decided to call back only to find out they “LOST” my intake paperwork & made no attempt to call me about it & i had to start the process all over again, after that i shouldve known that this place was going to be a pure mess. My very first appointment i was waiting for 3 hours just for vitals to be taken & to get paperwork for labs. My 2nd appointment was at 9:10am & was not seen until 12 & after all the waiting the dr was in the room for less than 5 minutes & did not answer a single question or concern of mine. The front desk nurses always have an attitude & act like you being there is an inconvenience to them.

I Would HIGHLY Suggest Going Somewhere Else.... You Will Literally Be There Almost 4 Hours For An APPOINTMENT.... I Over Heard The Staff Talking About Patients & How They Never Show Up.... It’s Just Ridiculous & VERY Unprofessional.... They Need To DEFINITELY Get It Together Here.

Always wait 2-3 hours EVERY appointment. If my appointment is a 10:30 id be reasonable to be seen at 11,11:15 but being seen at 12:30-1:00 is ridiculous. Do not come here unless you want to spend your whole morning waiting. To top it off the actual appointment itself is no longer than 5 minutes they dont care here!!

They over book appointments, are not following covid guidelines with how many people are in the waiting. I was told I have to call my insurance to check for coverage on lab work and when I called my insurance they said the office is supposed to contact them. Wait time is always more than an hour even for early morning appointments.

Had to wait almost 4 hours for my appointment!.. It was horrible and extremely frustrating! Not all but some of the nurses can be very rude. Even after waiting all that time I felt rushed by the Dr. The nurse Estrella is the only reason I stayed after 3 hours I was ready to leave she was really helpful and kind but I’m completely dreading having to go again!

I wait 3-4hrs every appointment, this place is nasty they need to control all the ants. The doctor just rushes my appointment and they charge me to get my disability sign which that something that I have to get done. I would say dont go here horrible service.

I love this office. Dr Ayesha has been so helpful, I understand wait times... there are many pregnant women.. it’s better than me driving to another city. I appreciate everyone in the office.

The staff is nice. Mary helped me with scheduling my appointment at the best of her ability. I recently went in and It was my first time there and the drs were nice as well.

This place gives one the go around. Making different appointments for simple things. We have been here 5 different times and not once has it been in clean conditions. The staff is great behind the counter but every one else can be very rude. The best part of this location has to be the ultrasound technician she is extremely nice and informative. She needs to be duplicated and place in different places around the clinic.

These doctors with this group are wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about them. Any Ob office worth going to is going to will have the same type wait time.

The nurses in the back are so nice ! Even the one who schedules your apts . As far are the front desk , kinda rude . The wait is sooooo long ! You spend more time in the waiting room then you do when your talking to the dr ! Its always packed too !!! My baby could have died because they refused to take my concerns seriously. YOU CANT SUE THEM BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE PRACTICE AND REQUIRE YOU TO AGREE TO ARBITRATION. They have a rating of 2 on several sites. Dont go. Unless you want to end up in a hospital for 4days with untreated infection because you never see a doctor, only nurse practitioners. And if by chance you do see a doctor after 20weeks or so, be prepared to be thoroughly ignored.

The nurses have bad attitudes, they treat the patients badly and make you feel very uncomfortable. They don’t do their jobs right, they spend more time talking then helping you book appointments or fill out your blood work. There’s only one nurse that’s wonderful. If I could change this dr I would in a second. These nurses don’t have a care in the world, all they care about is getting paid. I don’t know how they still have a job.

I was helped today by a young lady over the phone named Mary Or Marie . She was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail about the prenatal process for my daughter . Thank you what a wonderful girl you are and have a blessed one!
