Good doctor but bad billing process. I scheduled the yearly checkup for myself and my daughter. Same vision exam procedures but different charges. $173 for me, $10 copay for my daughter. Called them 3 times and tried to resolve the issue. They didn’t want to help me even though the insurance rep tried to help. Bad experience. I already switched the provider and shared with my friends/neighbors.
