Dr. DOnofrio and staff are top notch. I appreciate so much they way they care for my 92 year old father.

Highly recommend. Office staff, nurses, doctor, everyone was great… Dr D’Onofrio did my knee replacement. He truly cares, explains and doesn’t rush to do surgery unless needed. I’m having him do other knee in a few weeks.

THE nicest doctor! Friendly and efficient staff. Definitely knows what he is doing, doesn’t mess around and play with your money. Had a really bad pain in my shoulder after tripping over a curb (🙄) and put me in a sling for a few weeks, can’t wait to go back! 10/10 recommend.

Was cared for very well. Was scared because I had fallen and my right arm would not move when I tried. X-rays did not reveal fractures. Dr. DOnofrio put me in a sling for two weeks to see if healing would occur. When it did not, he called for an MRI and, consequently, surgery. Seven weeks after surgery, physical therapy, and the doctor and staff care have me back to work and returning to full range of motion. Very pleased with the excellent care.

A beautiful vacation turned into a painful trip home. I fell and broke my wrist at a hotel in Key West. DOnofrios office got me in the very next day that I returned to Ohio as a new patient. The staff was very friendly from receptionist to xray and finally to surgery and after. I recommend this office and would use them again.

Of the almost hour and a half I spent in the office to be seen for a knee problem, my actual meeting with Dr. D’onofrio took up maybe five minutes of it, and the only question I was asked was “where is the pain?” I was not asked any specifics about how long I had been experiencing problems, or any specific symptoms or previous tests/imaging done by my GP. His decision was to do what my GP had already done and give me anti-inflammatories—which did not help—and a knee brace, which I am now expected to pay almost $260 for because I didn’t have the foresight to buy it elsewhere (a medical supplies site has it listed for $60 with free shipping). I had already told him my GP had done the same thing with no change to the problem but he either didn’t hear me or didn’t have enough time to pretend that he cared. This is not a location or a doctor I would recommend to anyone seeking care for orthopedic injuries or ailments.

Very large and very busy practice leads to patient feeling of being a “number”. Dr. Donofrio spent perhaps 90 seconds with me, didn’t touch my knee or check it for swelling, etc. He wants an MRI, which was appropriate, but now I cannot get through to ANY person to get it scheduled, even though they received prior approval through my insurance. I’ve tried numerous times to call, and just get a recording to leave a message, with no one calling me back. It’s so frustrating! I believe that the practice is either much to large to support patient care, or knee injuries are just so commonplace that they don’t care. What else am I to believe?
