My experience with HYD has been very poor. They guaranteed that my Family Dr. would take me off my diabetes meds in 3 months or they would refund my money + $500. That is a joke. I doubt they ever gave anyone their money back.I followed their plan and rules to the letter and did not cheat. After 3 months my A1C reading dropped only .1 while still taking Metformin. My Doctor did not take me off my Deabetes meds. I asked for my money back per HYDs guarantee. Of course, they refused to honor their guarantee because they said I ate foods that were not approved.Their Meal Plans & Recipes Introduction sheet tell me what to ENJOY and what to AVOID. It does not mention cream of tartar or tomato paste. I looked at the ingredients on those items and they said they did not contain sugar so I figured they were OK. When I checked with Dr. Draluck he explained that cream of tartar and tomato paste contained sugar even though the label said 0 sugar. How was I to know? This was very early on in the cleanse process and I had only used the Ranch dressing and the catsup probably 2 or 3 times as the most. When Dr. Draluck told me to stop using it I did. They used that excuse to void their guarantee. Their guarantee is a joke. I doubt they ever gave anyone their money back. Help Your Diabetes is a scam.
Lowered my a1c to 5.8 & cut glipizide in half. My doctor just couldn’t believe it! He said if I stick to it next visit he’d stop it all together. My goal is to eliminate all drugs. I owe it all to your program, THANKS!!
