Dr neff does not know what he is doing. I had a root canal done, and it was extremely painful. He said it would feel similar to a cavity being filled but it was horrendous. I felt everything, as I expressed this to him he said he had some tough pills and for me to calm down. Afterwards i was supposed to go to cvs to get my antibiotics, Cvs then said they did not have anything for me. The next day my face was swollen and in pain. I called the neff and had him order my medicine. I had developed facial cellulitis. Also a boil has formed on the root of the tooth that neff preformed the canal on. Overall the worst dental experience ive ever had and i was traumatized at small smiles as a small child
