I enjoy my counseling with Lisa but I tried to make another apt and couldn’t get in for a month. This doesn’t help at all. So I guess I’ll try to find another. So frustrating especially when you need it.

This place is beyond unprofessional. Waited almost two weeks for an appointment with one of the counselors. I called today, the day of my appointment, and had to ask how the process would go being that it is a telehealth appt. She said it would be a phone conversation & that it will be coming from a “no ID caller” and that my phone may not allow the phone call to come in and that he would wait 5 minutes and call again. I had no way of answering it. I was trying really hard to turn that “silent” mode off before the second call came through but he called back right away and it didn’t give me any time. I’ve never had that happen but at the same time, I should be able to call him back and not just call the closed office to reschedule an appointment that I was ready for.If you’re looking for a counselor, go somewhere with the up to date telehealth communication skills because this isn’t the place.

Mr. Hockenberry is a God send. He has been my support person on more than one occasion. He offers experience, professionalism and the benefit of honesty from a neutral perspective. I will be able to reflect back on his guidance and the tools he gave me for many years to come. I wont hesitate to return to him should I need him in the future. I highly recommend this wonderfully caring professional. He has truly made a difference in the way I approach challenges in the future.
