After working at Esperanza Hope for almost a year I have numerous great things to say about this place. I’ll start by recognizing and admiring the diversity of employees and how the therapists truly care about their patients and their well been. I considered my time of employment their as a blessing. With great opportunities to grow not only professionally but also personally. At Esperanza Hope, I was treated as family and the atmosphere and environment is welcoming and peaceful. I’m thankful for the opportunity provided.As a the mother of a patient in the clinic, I can’t thank enough to the therapist, Dr. Tita and all the staff, for always giving the extra mile to ensure a one if a kind treatment for my child.

The receptionists are always welcoming and pleasant. Also very helpful. The therapist there are pretty cool and down to earth. They make you feel comfortable everytime.

No words can express how thankful I am to have you as my psychiatrist. You are the light at the end of my dark tunnels. Thank you for all of your words of encouragement and for choosing this career because without people like you this world wouldn’t go on.

Horrible place the doctors take medications away fromPatience who have been on them for years and don’t do it in a professional way. Not realizing people can go into shock, withdrawal and even death. than switching them to new things not knowing the effects it will have on them.. If something works it works don’t use them as puppets. The place is nasty. The people at the front desk are very very rude and the majority of the people working here ARE NOT EVEN LICENSED Dr TITA is a fresh man he’s always flirting and trying to make conversation that has nothing to do with the persons problem... THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN!!

I been going to Esperanza Hope for three years. My therapist is the best and my doctor is an excellent doctor.

Esperanza hope is a great clinic the staff are extremely helpful melanie your the greatest.

To summit up without getting into too much detail I would say ... My counselor had more issues than I did. In one of are appointments I was counseling her, instead of her counseling me. Also, she was jumping to a lot of conclusions with out knowing all of the facts. The Doc was just ok. There are, so many places out there that is much better than this place.

This place is a very caring office the staff are there to help and support people. If your need of help give them a call. The office is open even with this government shut down. They are healthcare providers so they are open. 💞

When I first heard of this place, I noticed that it did not have a website. I thought that maybe it was because they were new. As it turns out, the employees at this company are just unprofessional. The CEO and his son (who I thought was a volunteer, but he actually works there) are the most shady, unprofessional people. I have heard from multiple businesses around town that this organization is so unethical it shouldnt even be allowed to exist and now no one wants to do business with them. They do not follow HIPAA laws and the CEO is never there. The therapists are not trained and some have records but I dont think the CEO does background checks. He is also a therapist and I saw him randomly assign his clients to another person because he did not feel like meeting with them that day. I walked in one time and he was stuffing his face with chicken and pizza! So gross and unprofessional! These guys do not know what they are doing. I could also hear everything the person was saying in the session next to me because the walls are so thin. The place is trash. I do not recommend this place to anyone! I am pretty sure they are being investigated for doing some messed up things anyway so it is better to be safe and not get involved with this place!

Esperanza Hope is a very unprofessional agency. Clients are made to wait hours before their doctors appointments, to then only see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. The therapist I had was constantly on her phone and barely listened to me. The agency is supposed to open at 9 am but they are constantly late. The building is tore down in the middle of nowhere. The only good thing about them is that they have a driver to transport clients. Other than that I do not recommend Esperanza Hope as a place anyone should work or attend as a client.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. An elder woman had a appt at 5:20pm and its 7:31pm and this lady is still waiting to be seen. Apparently they skipped her and took another patient that had a later appt. Another female has been waiting for an hour to be seen. Its sad that these patients are made to wait like this.

This place is so unprofessional and unorganized!!!! I had two different appointments set up with the ceo of The company Radames for therapy, my first appointment I was waiting for over a hour when he finally gets to the office a hour late he didn’t see me he tried to push me with a different Therapist I heard them in the office talking about it because he said he had a meeting to go to and could not see me. I over heard him and the therapist Ruth speaking of other clients , that is very unprofessional people come to the office for help and they belittled all of the clients that walk in. My second appointment I went in and Radames never showed up, they tried to put me with someone else and no one else would take me! I would never recommend anyone to go to that office. They don’t follow laws for any of the clients they speak on all clients that walk in that office the ceo is never in the building he is always rescheduling his clients, NEVER GO THE OFFICE also they lost all contracts with the school district ! No one will work with them !!!!!!!!!

These people DO NOT follow the hippa laws. They violated my gfs rights by contacted people she told them specifically not too. And now the relationships she was rebuilding and working on are destroyed. All because JOSE the therapist and ex cop decided he had the right to break HIPPA laws.No. We will be going thru legal options and how to get this settled. But until then DO NOT GO HERE. They will not respect your privacy and are breaking laws.

They made me wait a half an hour for an intake

They are excellent, good people, they treat me very well. Radames treats me very well and on the phone he is very good. The girls help me as an interpreter and they are cool and Doctor Tita is very nice and makes me laugh. I recommend them.

Ortiz-MHS, I was the Esperanza mental health therapists along with Radames Melendes whom I considered my friend for more than TWO years, working from Monday to Saturday in 2015-2016, sacrificing my family and my time so that the agencies even go forward and it has happened. As soon as Radames Melendez began to make a couple of pesos TO the pocket, he drastically changed, lying to everyone and I left Ally, owing me money from 2017 and 2017 .. My people know that I am not lying and my people know who you are . No loyal and a liar. Very sad, very sad. He himself lied with the case of the first person who wrote this page, who along with Jose manual told the medical plan that the patient was a drug user cracker. Then SACA becomes critical and he is worse.

I have helped a lot, it is a well-attended clinic, they also offer you transportation and they also speak Spanish.
