Drove 2 hours to get to this place. I had made my appointment 2 months ahead. When I arrived they had no clue about an appointment for me. They tried to excuse their mistake by saying staff changed. However the location had not, so they should of still had some record of me. This was a waste of my gas and a 4 hour trip for nothing.
