I was there! And omg! The nurses are rude!! Incredible! The clinic is dirty !!! A lot of!! They don’t have parking ! I never come back! Never!! Nurses if you hate your job! Quick ! Now! 🙄

First of all I want to say THANK YOU to Dr. Ashruta Patel for being an amazing doctor ! Finally after YEARS/DECADES of dealing with doctors, she gave me the time to express my concerns and gave me a plan of action. She LISTENED to me, she HEARD my concerns, SHE CARES!. I cant thank you enough Dr. Patel. Seriously you are amazing !Since coming here, I never had any issues, everything is smooth and effortlessly. Finally healthcare I can trust.

Good luck!This place is a complete circus. But hey its “free” healthcare so it must be worth the pain.Location of entrance changes every visit??They do not keep track appointments they schedule. Has happened many times.Bottom of the barrel employees struggling through their own drama, so get in line.Fun waits.

I been going here for 2 years and Sean Theus, NP is outstanding in my opinion. He listens and cares and the most I have waited on a scheduled appointment once Im there be no more than 15 minutes which is acceptable to me..The nurses, lab staff and receptionists were always friendly and helpful..

I’ve had so many great experiences here :) All the professionals I’ve visited here have been knowledgeable and caring and their mental health professionals are especially awesome, so kind & helpful. Another thing I love is that they have an in-building lab so for lab tests you just need to walk down the hall, not drive to a whole other building. Sure sometimes there’s a line to check-in, but usually the total wait time (from door to doctor) has been less than 15 minutes. I’m moving out of State and will miss these guys a lot.

The girl up front are so slow to check people in and they just have people filling paper work up front instead up having them fill it out to the side and keep checking people in with appt. Then they want to cancel your appt because they made you late! They need to have more girl working the front or hire girls that are more fast and I know how to multitask seriously.

This place is horrible, you can never get an appointment on time. The doctors really don’t care for your well-being. You can’t even get an emergency visit when your life depends on it and you need to be seen by the doctor.. I’ve been looking all over the Internet and all over their page, to file a complaint

Bartz is a true community medical and behavioral health hub that has helped me and community members countless times. Thank you, Pam and team for such amazing staff! You all rock and thank you for being here for the community. They are conveniently located across the County building in Lancaster.

Me and several of my family members have been going to Bartz-Altadonna for several years.The check in nursers usually always kind and nice. There was one nurse who rudely kicked my bf out the examine room when I went for pop smear. The visit usually differs depending on the medical practicer. Ive been a signed several different doctors throughout the years because most of them started working for other providers. To name a few Dr.April, Dr.January, and Dr.Kristine who I always had wonderful experiences with because they were easy to talk to and informative. Ive also had a walk in with doctor Linda during the pandemic in which I had a sore throat. Which during the time check in at security was awkward cause he assumed Covid and jumped back. It came to be a regular sore throat and she was kind and informative as well. The only issues Ive had going to Bartz was when I was refered to much older male doctors who come off very rude in tone and would usually make my visiting day stressful. One was doing my cognitive test who made me feel terrible as if I made up all my vasovagal issues and the other was a OBGYN who came in the room ranting and scolding me for not being on birth control. When I was just there for a regular pop smear and to check over a cyst that Palmdale Region had found during an ER visit. It really does depend on what medical practioner your seeing for the day and what staff is working but if you ever have a bad experience call and change immediately so you can get the best medical experience fit for you.

DR Hayes is horrible. He acts like he doesnt want to help you or listen to your concerns. He talks over you, instead of allowing you to tell him what your issues are. You would think that a black Dr would take majority of black women issues, seriously. I will be reporting him.

I swear this Lancaster office sucks. Waiting 2 hours still havent seen the doctor. Im a diabetic I havent eaten sitting here sicker than what I was when I came in here

Got my first Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine here today. They called day before & said come 1/2 hour early. It was perfect! Got the shot actually 5 min before my online appt. time. They are super kind, organized, and efficient. I was very pleasantly impressed!

Ive been calling and calling and they keep telling me they are going to call back for an appointment and they dont.

Terrible place all i need is a referral one month later still havent gotten it and the multiple times ive called to try to get help ive been on hold for roughly 40 min and i have yet to speak to someone that can help may just be my luck but i wont be returning.If you do get in i was in the lobby for roughly 2 hours before i got seen. I just want my glasses so i can see. Clearly ima just have to go elsewhere. Setting up an appt and going to walmart is less of a hassle.

I go through this every year and they act like they dont know how to fill out a simple piece of paper also tell me one thing then later tell someone else a whole other thing this place seems like they dont know what their doing and dont know how to do it. I go in to have a physical and TB test done and for them to fill out the results on the paper I handed them they do the physical and blood drawn and tell me that the TB test is all done through the blood work now. Its 2 weeks now and I call them to see if I can pick the paperwork up they then tell me it not filled out and that Id have to make anouther appointment and redue the TB test because someone lied and said that everything was done including the TB test through the blood work I need those results for me to continue living in this home. You guys call yourself professionals but dont know how or just dont care to do something very simple like checking off the boxes on the paper were it says either negative or positive on it. This is every year for the past 3 to 4 years same thing this place sucks if your trying to get your physical documents filled out.

Ive been dealing with this people for a year. They make me an appointment and on the day of the appointment they cancel and tell me to reschedule. Then I am on the phone for half an hour to speak to anyone and another half an hour for a transfer and then no one ever answers. This is not a very professional place.

Had a specific scheduled time to get the COVID vaccine. Got there and waited an hour just to be told they ran out of vaccines. They ran out of specifically scheduled vaccines? Horrible.

Ive been assigned to them for almost a year now. Ive tried calling to set an appointment for a physical but no answer. No returned call. I was ill early February of this year and tried to be seen only to be told that since I am a new patient I have to go to an urgent care or E.R. and then try to schedule a follow-up with them. Now I might have been exposed to Covid-19, called to asked where Id be able to be tested. No answer and the referral number for medical group told me to just call my insurance provider after putting me on hold for 20 mins. I did call my insurance provider, they advised where to go and finally changed my provider.

STAFF OVERWORKED.I LIKE MY DOCTOR, DR. JIMENEZ & HIS NURSES. DR. JIMENEZ TELLS IT LIKE IT IS.I LIKE GOING IN THE MORNING. GOING LATE IN THE DAY, THE WAITING ROOM IS LIKE A DISASTER, PEOPLE COME IN BRINGING IN FOOD, LEAVING TRASH BEHIND. LET KIDS TOUCH EVERYTHING WITH DIRTY HANDS...THE EXAM ROOMS COULD BE A LITTLE CLEANER ALSO. BATHROOMS VERY CLEAN.

There is an employee at this doctors office who post false and dangerous information about covid19 on her Facebook page. The office was alerted via social media but choose to ignore the alert. I can only assume that the doctor himself also believes as does the employee that covid19 is nothing more than the flu and that mask are not needed and that vaccine is a Bill Gates take over the world shot.

She was scare because she was getting a few shots but Jaime made her feel comfortable . My daughters doctor was super detailed and took her time explaining everything to me . Thank you guys .

I’ve been a patient for Bartz since 2014. When my kids and I first started coming here it was great. My needs and kids needs were well taken care of. But in the past 2 years (change or management or bought out I’m not sure) everything has gone down hill. They consistently cancel appointments with no notification. They have an insanely high turn over in doctors, I don’t even bother learning doctors names anymore because we probably wouldn’t see them ever again. There is very little communication between staff, making everything delayed and repetitive. They send out referrals that was never asked for but take months to send a referral that was actually needed. I do not recommend making this your clinic of choice. My family are looking for a new clinic because this place, well there are no words.

I requested to be transferred to an OB from a midwife when my bladder infection turned into a UTI and then a kidney infection that lead to me being admitted to the hospital for 3 days because it was starting to force me into preterm labor. They said I need to be seen by a midwife to be transferred to an OB so I had my follow up with the midwife they assigned me. I am still waiting to be transferred to the OB as I requested. A week after my follow up, I called their medical office because all the symptoms of preterm labor started up again. First day was everything but leaking fluids but when the contractions eased up, I decided not to go to the hospital. However, all of the other symptoms persisted for 4 days. I called Bartz to speak to the midwife about my symptoms and was told the nurse was unavailable and would call me back. 3 hours later I followed up because I still had not received a call and was told they would be giving me a call back shortly. The next day I was back at the hospital because contractions picked up again. I still have not received my call back. But thank you to the staff at the WIP!! Because of them, not only did we find out the antibiotics I was prescribed didnt work on the bladder infection and so developed into a kidney infection, but I am now aware that I have gallstones and I am at risk for preterm labor and need to be on bedrest for the remainder of my pregnancy! If not for the care provided by the WIP, I could have ended up having my baby nearly 3 months early. Such a shame the medical office that should have caught this weeks ago was unable to properly diagnose me. Unfortunately I am too far along to switch to a different medical group, Lord knows I tried. Needless to say, a grievance will be filed with my insurance. If you are on medi-cal, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your care provider!!

I received a bill. This was supposed to be a free clinic. They are trying to charge me over $1200. I never agreed to pay anything. I was told there was no charge. Recently, some very dodgy things started happening here. No one would answer my questions. Employees even quit because they were interns who agreed to work at a free clinic and, quite suddenly, there were rumors that they were trying to charge money. Clients had been told prior to this that the clinic needed them there in order to complete their charter as a non-profit, full service clinic that also provided counseling. We were told it was free...that they needed us.

I really like doctor Dharma she is amazing! She gets 5 stars. But the nurses are so disorganized! They made a follow up appointment on a Saturday with me and had two days to get my biospy results and didnt so the doctor had nothing to give me and to add insult to injury the nurse said this happens all the time!! What? Then fix it! A waste of time! But I bet the insurance company will pay for that visit! Then the nurse said she will request my results herself on Tuesday, when she gets back into the office. Its Tuesday, and I called back and she didnt request my results at all! So I decided to reach out to my primary care physician to intervene with this nonsense and request the results herself at my appointment in a few days, thank goodness for that.

Every time I went to Bartz Altadonna center the doctor was always in hurry,did not listen to me. Did not give me any authorization to any specialist,And if she gave me any prescription, the pharmacist said it is not covered by my insurance and she has to give you anothergeneric, but she always ignor me.Other reason that I gave them bad review that they do not have available appointments you have to schedule for next month and the estimate time of waiting in the lobby not less than 2 hours at least

I have been trying to get someone on the phone for days. I have left VMs and inputted a message in the message system. I have yet to receive a reply. I think my doctor is great but they need to step up their game on communication.

This place is horrible! I have been calling for a month trying to get an appointment they do not call you back and they never answer the dang phone. I told them that my referral was about to expire and all she said was get another one from the doctor. LIKE Seriously! I do not recommend this place!

I have NEVER had a probl3m with this place...i was in a car accident in october and they literally do everything above and beyond especially my dr..Dr Jimenez and his nurse are my favorite people in the world!🤗

Ok so I worked their and I will give you the inside scoop, Managment is unfit to lead they hire and fire so much they dont have stable staff, always training new staff so it creates delays in care. They expect providers to see 30 - 40 Pts a day with only 1 to 2 exam rooms each. Staff is way under paid so their is low moral with employees, also they have too many people in charge too many chiefs not enough Indians. They also take walkins so it delays pts with appointments they often double book patients which also cases long wait times.. I can go on and on, do yourself a favor stay away from this place not worth your frustration....

They never answer the phone can’t even make a Appointment I’ve called over 30 times in the last 2 weeks at all times of the day (not exaggerating) and they don’t answer had to drive over there to get a appointment for my kids ..this is ridiculous

I dont know why people are giving this place bad reviews. This place and the Dr. and employees are amazing!! They are very quick and show their interest in caring for their patients. By far the best clinic ever. Really recommend this place if you have children.

I have had them for years. They used to be ok, except that I have never seen a doctor (only nurse practitioners) there. But recently the process for getting an appointment has changed. Used to be that you would call their direct phome line and press a number for appointments and the person who answered would help you. This morning I called and was told only the patient navigator for the nurse practitioner I see could set an appointment. So they transferred me to her line where a recording told me to leave a message. I left a message at 8:05 am. At 8:25 I called the main number again explained that I thought I had pink eye and I didnt care who I saw. I was told I either had to wait for a call back to my message or come into the clinic to see if they could get me an appointment. I left for the clinic immediately and called back on the way and asked to be transferred to the patient navigator again. Of course no one answered so I left another message at 8:50. When I got to the clinic at 9 I was told there were no appointments for that day. There are no explanations of this process on their wbsite or numbers to call for appointments. On top of all this, I have a very public facing job and cant risk going to work with pink eye. I also need a doctors note or I risk being fired. The only recourse I had was to go to the emergency room which took another 4 hours out of my day.

They will not make you aware of a diagnosis unless THEY deem it serious or take random guess at what might be wrong. Or randomly give it to you over the phone. They make referals without even letting you know, most not all of the doctors are rude and treat you like you are bothering them if you have concerns or question. Every other time you try to make an appointment it is rescheduled on their part. This place is the McDonalds of healthcare. I am so disgusted with this place and their lack of professionalism. There are very few times that I complain but after being slapped in the face repeatedly by many doctors and staff members here I just had to make this known. If you are new to California Do Not seek this place out.

Ive been calling this place since 3-25-19 and I finally reached someone on the phone. It is 5-1-19, and even at that I was not able to contact the person I need to speak with for appointment. I am currently waiting a return phone call . Who ever is in charge of this Facility should be ashamed and has no management skills what so ever. I try to focus on leaving positive reviews, but this is unbelievable. If my place of business was ran like this we would not be in business.

Im currently 17 weeks pregnant and this is my second appointment that theyve screwed up. A week ago they scheduled me for a prenatal appointment. Turns out its just a regular checkup. Ive not been able to have ONE prenatal appointment since I became pregnant due to every clinic having some issue. Then today I show up for my real prenatal appointment and they scheduled me with someone who doesnt even work today! And this is supposed to be a place that helps their community with healthcare. DISGRACE is what they are. Dont reccomend at all.

Worst doctors office ever. They cant keep appointments always changing mine. Waiting for an hour in the waiting room and eventually asked whats going on and was told my appointment was an 2 hours later. I was like no I have another appointment I wouldnt have scheduled it that close. It would have been nice if they told me when I checked in that they screwed up yet again

This place is horrible. Dr.fuentas does not know what she is doing went for my daughter physical. The guy who help us told me my daughter needed shots . but when we wait to see her she tells me she dont. And took all my baby asthma medicine way. Like she didnt need it. So i left. 10 mins later. The guy calls and says are you outside. I say no, cause she said she dont need shots. He said no i corrected her. I said to late im gone smdh. Not going to play with my childs life. Looking for new doctor now.

Every visit I have had to wait at least 2 hours in the lobby. Filed a grievance for waiting 2 hours to get labs as well. The last straw, was going I. For a Saturday appt. I came in 9 mins late. They said my appt was cancelled after 5 mins. I wouldnt refer a dog to them.

They made me wait outside in the damn 100° F temperature. So much for health!!

I love going to see my doctor DR Chang he is so understanding to my medical needs.the nurses are nice too. And most of all the place is clean..

The communication sucks they dont answer phones and when you are there you see them do nothing not even pick up phones ..

Love dr. Laura. I dont like thought that she sent me to dr.norma c. Salceda. That was so rude by not calling me that my appointment was cancled and i had to drive 42 miles one way. And the place didnt even look like a doctor office. No exam rooms or exam beds. Seemed very scary for me and my husband. Also in a very bad area. So sad that i cant get the proper help that i need. The hospital and every other place besides dr. Laura has ever helped me. Why is it so hard to help people in need. Why is everyone so selfish these days?

Very clean and well organized area. The therapists are well educated and experienced on my mental needs.

On three different occasions Dr. Emery Chang prescribed the wrong medication for me. The third and final landed me in Urgent care. When I confronted emery chang his statement was that of a child. He stated Well Im not a Dr. Im a P.A.C you didnt know that? When I informed the staff I spoke with Yolanda she told me Veronica says there was nothing they could do and I would still need to see Emery Chang if I wanted to continue to goto this facility. I left with no apologies no logical explanations. Never will I return to Bartz Aldonna Community Center. Be Careful!!!!!

Walking into this establishment even though its clean and very nice. The nurses are very rude and not very nice. They have no manners. The nurses are very vulgar in the way they talk. And have no filter when talking about patients in front of other patients. They violate so many hipaa rules its ridiculous. The back office staff is very rude and abrupt when you ask them questions they are rude and dont know how to be nice when answering questions. The doctors make or pa.. Make you feel rushed. And like you dont matter. Overall my experience with this place was bad and I will not be going back here. And I would not reccome do anyone going here. Unless you feel like being disrespected and treated like you do not matter.

From the first day we arrived with my dad at the Bartz Altadona clinic they have treated us very well. Very human people and very well qualified in the work they do. From the ladies who receive us at the reception, Mr. Security, Mrs. Alma Bello (Benefits Specialist) nurses and doctors each and every one of them worried about patients and interested in having the best care taking care of attending appointments With reminder calls and I could continue listing all the qualities of this clinic and the people who help make this entity the way it is. Thanks Bartz Altadona and on Christmas Eve you are in this city .... (A humble opinion as a patient of this medical entity.)
