This facility is owned by Lancaster Children and Youth. Dinkle the Administrator reports to CYS . Dinkle and CYS are traffickers & child Abusers. I witnessed it myself as I am a mother who had a child in this facility.When you go to Pediatric Specialty cares Facebook page no one can comment under a post. Dinkle the Administrator Dosent want the truth out about the facility.Dinkle has postings set to where no one can comment. You cant run . it catches up to you.
