Dr, Wood put a stent in my celiac artery today. He really explained everything to me of the procedure. Knowing I have a bad back, he made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. He has a great bed side manner and would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr. Wood for taking good care of me.

Very pleased with Dr. Anderson. Dr Anderson is very kind and compassionate. He was able to explain things throughly to me. I also want to give a shout out to nurse Sarah I. I had to get a EKG and had never had one before and she was able to make me feel at ease by talking to me and explaining the procedure. I am so glad I was able to have her as a nurse and Dr. Anderson as my dr. The office was very clean and other staff were very courteous. I will def recommend this office to anyone and family members.

Totally unprofessional experience. I had an exam scheduled on a date in October with dr Marwahha. They cancelled it last minute and rescheduled it to another month. Then, two weeks before that appointment the rescheduled it to another time on that day last minute. Then I show up to the appointment, and they failed to tell me that they canceled the appointment entirely. Very very unprofessional of their office to reschedule 3 times and then fail to inform me the third appointment was canceled. By the way, I would have been a new patient to their office

Dr. Mark Etter had his nurse give me an EKG, but he did NOT discuss the results of the test or my medical conditions with me. Having given him my medical records of my previous STROKE prior to my appointment , he wanted to know why I was there to see him. He is the less professional of any doctor I have been to in my 80 years. I would NOT recommend him to an enemy let alone an acquaintance or friend.

The Doctor Mr Wagoner is truly very well educated and cordial but his nurse on the other hand was very rude and refused to talk to me about specific questions that I wanted to know. She is very not a nice person. Mr Wagoner should have her replaced with someone more with social manners rather her skills of being a nurse. For that reason only 1 Star is givin.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ward Pulliams since 2006 and I can honestly say that he is the best in the business! Not only did he figure out what was wrong with my heart after years of other doctors telling me that I was having panic attacks, he was able to get my ablation scheduled quickly. He continues to monitor my progress and has already let me know what I may be facing in the future. He is a doctor that I have the utmost trust in and know that should the problem get worse, he will be right there to take care of it. I wouldnt go to any other EP doctor!

Terrible customer service, the office cancelled my appointment and noted the patient cancelled, incorrectly documented my current medications which were told directly to the nurse and again to Dr Castle and still had it incorrect. Dealing with the practice has been horrible. In addition, they did not bill the correct insurance company and no one from management will return my call. My heart rate has been about 150 beats per minute with no treatment for close to 3 months. I received better and prompt service through the emergency room physician and my primary care physician. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I had questions without answers and did not trust Dr. Castle or would recommend her. I am pregnant and the Dr incorrectly documented the number of weeks I am. That is a concern since I was told that treatment is different depending on what trimester you are in.My blood pressure has been documented and is extremely low. 80/40, no exaggeration. Dr Castle wanted to put me on a beta blocker which is primarily used to treat high blood pressure according to the research I did on my own. I sought a second opinion from wellspan cardiology and received a completely different diagnosis with everything about my condition explained to me. There, I did not even need to ask any questions. Dr. Castle found it necessary to repeat and repeat the same tests until I said no more heart monitors, no more ultrasounds of the heart either! To me it felt like she was more interested in billing the insurance then treating the problem that never changed. In conclusion, this part of my story is 13 months after the birth if my child. Looking back, low blood pressure with an increased heart rate was absolutely reason for concern. I ended up with post partum preeclampsia which is extremely rare and was treated 7 days post delivery with a magnesium drip, 2 different beta blockers, and an anti seizure medication. Every woman I have made contact with who experienced pre eclampsia said there blood pressure was very low during pregnancy until all the sudden your blood pressure spikes dangerously high. When you are pregnant and develop a heart condition, the OB passes you off to a cardiologist and the cardiologist passes you off to the OB. My best advice is be your own advocate. After I left a negative review about my personal experience with Dr. Castle and the practice I received a letter in the mail stating the practice would no longer see me unless I was having a medical emergency. I cant say I was suprised but I had already taken the step to find another cardiologist before receiving the letter from the heart group. I stand by my post. I would never EVER reccomend the heart group to anyone. Keep in mind I have had well over 13 months to reflect on my experience there. Tachycardia is nothing to ignore and it is not a condition to wait out.

They cannot handle their caseload. There were difficult and long waits to get an appointment. It was hard to access anyone through the switchboard and no ability to get a message thru to a doctor.. No night on call. No actual treatment plan. No follow up. No access when quick treatment did not work or worsened condition. No explanation to patient of what to expect. Just try this pill and come back in 90 days. But fine for lab tests, though, IF actually needed, with very high billings to Medicare. You judge!! Had cardiac ablation done elsewhere.

My husband recently underwent a cardio ablation procedure to eliminate his afib. No qualms, just kudos to Dr. Pulliam for performing his magic. No issues with the nurses at LGH where the procedure was performed. A BIG issue with the follow-up after my husband experienced non-heart related complications a few days following the procedure. No clear direction or good information regarding next steps in his treatment in any kind of timely manner. We waited over 3 1/2 hours after the practice opened to receive SOMETHING in the form of direction. By that time however, I had decided to contact his PCP - without luck as well - they could only see him at 7:30 PM that evening :o(. At this point, I determined next steps ON MY OWN. By the time we had determined to go to the Urgent Care to ask for a special test, THG rep called my husband and instructed him to - guess what - go to the Urgent Care to have that test. He was prescribed an antibiotic. That evening, he was running a temp of close to 102 and feeling really lousy, so I called THG again. THIS time, I received a call-back from a NP, also known as angel Karen ( to us). She was the FIRST person at the practice to validate our fears, provide information for the possible cause of his complication...AND show COMPASSION for his situation. So the three rating received was for the 5 stars to Dr. Pulliam and NP Karen, and 1 star for after care follow up by the practice, including the time it took for us to become educated regarding what had transpired. So a 3 it is.
