I hate that it’s kind of in a strip mall but it’s a pretty decent dispensary. Great pricing I hate how they try to ask what you have a medical card for in like duh I have a right to patient doctor privilege. Staff in the back was great helpful and pleasant the one who asked me the reason why I had a card too up front was nice too. Dropped my little 150 and left. Product selection was very good.

I have been a long time fan of The Apothecarium over the other dispensaries in the area because I feel like I get a better value there. The others may offer a rewards/loyalty program but I feel like the overall value I get from the larger menu, better service and cheaper prices far outweigh any supposed savings I receive at the other places.Having said that, if you ever need a reminder as to why Medical Marijuana, as a whole, is better than your buddys friend selling $50 nugs, schedule an appointment with a pharmacist named Meg at the Lancaster location. Not only is she really smart but she can convey all of that smart to a guy like me, who is not that smart.If you are like me, you probably know what you like but have no idea why you like it. Talk to Meg. Shell tell you why you like it using science and data unavailable to the local guy on the corner. It is useful. Like all things in life, pot has its pros and cons but regardless, knowledge is power.There are a lot of smart people who have figured out a lot useful things about pot. Even in a pinch, dont waste your time. Of the 3 or 4 times there, they have never made me feel welcomed or like any business is appreciated. Feels like its a nuisance for customers to even come in. Left today happy to get some i-95 flower and low and behold its actaully natural trim. Now I did some digging and it turns out kind tree has replaced the use of the term untrimmed with natural trim. Seems to me that flower, and untrimmed bud are not the same thing. Online they even have it listed as flower. Everywhere else I have gone untrimmed is a lower price than flower. Feel like I got cheated a little and cant recommend that to anyone else. Spend your money at a place that makes you feel welcome and doesnt cheat you.

Got a cartridge, asked if it was a 510 thread vape cartridge. They said yes. I open it and its for some battery they were promoting that i didnt have. I went for a return and because the box was torn, they refused. Instead, they asked me to spend more money and get their battery at a discount. 60 dollars and no medicine and they want me to spend more. Tells me where their priorities are. Go to Cure! Better prices and medicine, not money motivated.

My first visit here was actually good. The pharmacist was super nice. Today I placed a curbside order, since that’s all they were offering for today and the weekend. What a mess. I understand that they probably didn’t anticipate being as busy as they were, but wow. It was clear there was very little organization. In the 15 minutes I sat there waiting for a space, I saw them bring out one order. There were at least a dozen cars ahead of me. If I would have waited, it would have taken hours. Not to mention, the man in the green security vest was extremely rude. I got out of my car to ask him how the process worked, and he could barely be bothered to give me an answer. After that, I sat in the car watching him smirk at everyone, like he was enjoying the chaos. People needing their medicine isn’t a joke. It’s not funny at all, and his manner was disgusting. I won’t be coming back here.

We went there today only to be told I needed an appointment no where on the web site does it say that I was told it would be 2 and a half hours till I could get one left called cure and had a phone interview buy the time I got there everything was taken care of got great service.you need to take notes from cure thats where Im going from now on.

Placed an order online based off their thc percentage. When receiving the box I notice that the percentage is off by 10%. When calling and speaking to someone at the store he tells me sorry people make mistakes and it was a misprint on the website. Sorry ppl make mistakes?? This is medical marijuana not street weed from some sketchy person. Mistakes should not just happen in this industry and for you to just say ppl make mistakes is terrible customer service. Make sure you check your labels as this does not seem like an honest mistake and it’s a “typo” so they can sell lower thc at higher prices. Maybe you should realize ppl need certain thc percentages based on certain ailments. Joke

Very new to the medical world, I went for the first time on March 28th, and to be honest I was a bit nervous/anxious but all the staff were super nice and very helpful. Placed a 650$ order online 3/8/21.Received text confirmation order was ready.Drove an hour to get there 3/9/21.Called at 7:50pm & no one answered any of my selections so I pressed curbside option and left a message that I would be there in 4 minutes according to GPS. I pulled in at 7:56pm. I had never used curbside before so I was not familiar with the process. I called again at 8:03pm since no one came out. Got out of my car at 8:05pm and knocked on door to be told sorry were closed. 3rd party website says their open until midnight. I just drove an hour to get there, my order is ready, no one answered the phones and I was turned away at 8:07 with “sorry about that”. 1. Answer your phones and retrieve your messages. 2. My order was ready, not like I needed to go shopping, just pay cash and leave. 3. “Sorry about that” - nah you’re not sorry at all. What is sorry is your customer service, your website and your 3rd party vendor website. I don’t usually post reviews - good or bad. YOUR vendor website says open until midnight so that’s what I was going by. And you acknowledged that’s what they publish. But how does JoeQ public know this? How does someone navigate the unknowns or first timers using your services? Idk either !!! So I’ll navigate my business elsewhere. Sad - just sad.

Apothecarium is the best. Everyone I’ve come in contact that works there always seems to go above and beyond for the patients, extremely helpful, extremely nice, and always with an upbeat attitude. My consultation with the pharmacist was very informative and detailed and it was so helpful to speak to a professional and get exact recommendations and why they would work for me. They take phone orders when I’ve had trouble navigating the online menu, as in, they answer ASAP each time and I never wait long for pick up online orders. I really appreciate how they actually treat the business as providing a medical service to its patients, there are no obligations to tip. I’ve gone to other dispensaries where tip jars are sitting out and I don’t tip CVS for providing me my medicine, why would I treat this medicine any different?

Friendly staff and decent selection however I did not receive my new patient discount on my first day of having my card and I did not receive the birthday discount on my actual birthday. I found out about the discounts after the fact but I shouldn’t have to ask for them if they’re listed on the site that info should show in their system.

So nice in there most of time. The only time I had a problem shopping was when I had to pay the d.o.h. so the fine folks in there happily helped me to renew my payment.

Very easy to find and lots of parking. Youre greeted by the staff with a warm friendly welcoming. Everything is very smooth and fluid! Lots of products to choose from as well. Tenders were extremely nice and personable as well as knowledgeable.15% Military Discount is greatly appreciated as well.

Always multiple customer service associates working, so you are never there more than 10 minutes. All of the CSAs are friendly and knowledgeable - and if they dont know something, they are very eager to find you the answer right away. I have stopped going to a dispensary closer to my house and chose to drive the extra 15 minutes here because of the superior customer service

Every area of this business is very professional. Employees are kind, respectful and compassionate. They are well educated on the many products available and how to use them. I am grateful to have this as an aid to my healing.

Was my first dispensary visit. Was super nervous not knowing what to do. I called to clarify before heading out. The ladys at the front desk are super helpful and very polite. Went back to purchase my medicine and the pharmacist are just as polite and helpful. Best part was how fast I was in and out. 10/10 would recommend to any patient.

I went to the Apothicarium on Dec. 29th for my first visit. After filling out a little paperwork the pharmacist Meg came out to get me. She was very informative, attentive, and made sure I was getting the right products. There are a lot of options and she explained everything and gave me pamphlets to educate myself for future purchases. Everyone there was very nice, and Id recommend it to everyone. Prices are decent too!

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. Of all the dispensaries Ive been to, this one tops the charts. Im in and out within 10 minutes whether I pre-order or not, they have discounts including for first timers, their atmosphere is wonderful, as are their employees...I just cant say enough good things about this place. I also learned today upon inquiring, that despite them not having tips jars, they do indeed take tips. They deserve it - check this place out (you wont want to go anywhere else after) and dont forget to tip your budristas!!!

I enjoyed everything about this place. Unlike the other local dispensary they welcomed my Emotional Support Animal, 1st check in was a breeze, only had to show my cards once, everyone was super kind and the person who helped me make my selections was very knowledgeable. The dispensary I used to go to was closed for Labor Day, today and the apothicarium was open; I will be going here from now on... oh and the prices were better 💸

I always drive my best friend here to get her medicine and the guy at the front door is always this really tall mean bouncer. He’s always rude and lacks basic people skills, and makes her feel very unwelcome. She has clinical depression, PTSD and anxiety and never once has done anything to deserve such treatment, but this guy treats her like a criminal every time she comes through the door. Management needs to do something about him!! People with disabilities should never be treated like criminals for getting medicine to help them!!!

As someone whos fought for legalization since before the movement and has served 3.5 years on marijuana charges, I was getting VERY fed up with being ripped off by the legal system, financially and (Il)legally, I was back on course with black market given the service in previous locations - CURE being the biggest pain of all, I decided to give this place a chance. I am SO glad I did! The entire process from intake to getting registered in their system, acquiring product, the online ordering, etc. is truly top notch and logical. If I were running a dispensary, this would be my model Id base what Id want my business to run like. Staff are friendly, inviting, and quick with answers. If ordering online, a quick flash of your cards at the door and a scan of your medical card immediately grants you access to the back where theres usually 3(or more) bud tenders awaiting the next customer with no waiting, and the orders are ready just behind the counter! No tip jars which I personally really appreciate and feel much more comfortable with tipping because of this. The tenders are always super appreciative even with just a small tip - and I always leave anticipating coming back and often wishing we were at a point where we could medicate in places like this - because the atmosphere is almost futuristic yet comfortable; like something from the jetsons - yet comfortable and not TOO far advanced that you feel unearthly. Ive honestly not got a single bad thing to say, prices are very competitive with other dispensaries (cheaper if u wanna shop frugally and take a closer look) and the product lines always have me torn between choices (which is a good thing). Thank you Apothecarium and staff - for giving exactly what Id expect each and every time from a dispensary!

An unbelievable experience. Ive loved every visit to Apothecarium so far. Everyone is extra friendly and eager to answer questions. At other dispensaries Ive been to during quarantine, youre rushed through and it doesnt feel like there is a great opportunity to talk to bud tenders but Apothecary has changed that with lots of extra friendly staff.Ive enjoyed picking the brains of the staff and trying their recommendations and have been pleased each and every time. Ordering online is very very easy and paying digitally isnt a problem. Its nice not having to stop at the bank before stopping for medicine.Cannabis from Apothecarium has changed my life and Im thankful for how accessible theyve made all the information feel. I cant say enough positive things about this dispensary! They are a welcomed and needed addition to the Lancaster area. They have a pretty decent variety of products and every time I check their menu I am amazed at how much I have to choose from! I was there for the first time four days after they opened. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. My budtender made a recommendation which turned out to be spot on! I was looking for flower that wasnt super harsh and he suggested Blue Dream... A new favorite! Planning on making a trip there again very soon to stock up.

Ive now been here twice to purchase: flower 🌸 and a vape two different times. Both times the staff at the front counter & inside the dispensary area were very nice, polite and helpful to me and answered my questions.

Would give more stars if I were able to give them my business. Placed an online order which said theyre open until 5pm. Showed up at 4:40 and was told they were closed despite the person who pulled in before me being served right in front of me. Really dissapointing since I drove out of my way (and past 2 of their competitors) to come here.
