Dear Antelope Valley Cancer Center you are a mess. Get your stuff together. These patients are already going through enough but waiting over an hour when we had an 11:15 appointment is insane and just for the doctor to walk in and know ABSOLUTELY nothing about his patient! Did you have surgery yet? Ummm duhhh. Really? Where was it done at. Are you kidding me? Then not having the pathology report or the tumor report makes you look unprepared and messy. Now we have to wait 3 more weeks for my mom to find out if she needs chemo or hormones. Smh! Oh and lets not mention when my mom left they gave her the wrong patients paperwork! Who the hell is Patricia and why does she have the same appointment and time as my mom? No wonder you guys take forever! Then it has taken them 3 weeks to fill out my mothers LOA paperwork and still has not filled them out. So sick of this place someone let me know how I can report them somehow.
