I asked for highlights with my dark brown hair and nothing changed so I went back the next day and the lady made me fully blond. The service seemed nice but the lady who did my hair kept on telling me stories about her life to make me feel bad. I would recommend anyone but Ashley (the lady who did my hair.) I also spent around $200 to just re dye it to my natural color less then a month later.

This was my second time going back to Ashley. She never fails to have me leave with a smile on my face. The amount of care she puts into her work is amazing. I always leave with the look I wanted and couldn’t be any happier!

Ashley is the best. Listens to what you want but can also be very creative with your hair if you want. I love my hair.

My hairstylist, Sarah, is amazing. Im obsessed with my color, she is a miracle worker. The salon is very clean and open, we all wore masks and everything is wiped down continuously, as well as proper social distancing measures are in place to keep customers safe.

Something so disturbing happened last summer when I went in to acquire about possibly lightening my hair I cannot forget it. I went back and forth with the master stylist about lightening and coloring and from the start he refused to do cooler tones that I desired -- I have black healthy Asian hair, BTW. He said he could only do warm bronze tones. I think he actually convinced me to get the warmer tone. But a week later he calls me because he wanted to get some samples of my hair to test how light my hair would get. So what he did was, had me go in for him to cut a few strands of my hair to test out for himself. Apparently, there was no way he could lighten my hair without it breaking off and I going bald. I had never experienced this before and was pretty shocked he went through these insane measures to tell me that he was not able to lighten and color treat my hair as he had said in the beginning. Could have just said that during the informal consultation. Didnt have to persuade me to get a different color, and then go the extra mile to cut my hair as if he was still in cosmetology school experimenting on dolls. Not only strange but very unprofessional coming from a master stylist. I would have been way happier going to Empire Beauty School to be told the same thing, but without the games, the inconvenience, and the bizarre request.

Ashley did a great job with my hair! Loved that all the girls there were so nice and was treated very well, Thank you so much Ashley I will definitely be back! It’s nice to be treated like a person and not just a customer coming through, she was very thorough and was patient with what I wanted done, it’s exactly how I wanted it! 5 star all the way :) :)

Not enough cashiers!!!! Walmarts trying to save money. Its hard when you have a $300 order. Self check out not good for big orders. 8/6/20 only one quick check out 12 items or less and one poor lady checking out large orders and other than that self check out. Come on Walmart you can do better than that.😞

My hair dresser was Ashley and she did an amazing job. I would 100% recommend her and she has very reasonable prices.

Had my hair done tonight and let me say Ashley did an amazing job. Ashley took her time and really cared about what I wanted. Not only did she make it an amazing experience with her but I got what I wanted as well. Was there for six hr but it went to fast from going dark to blonde anyone who has done that knows its a process but Ashley made the time go so fast she. She even gave me stuff to eat. I will totally be coming back to her.

My 81 yr old neighbor went in your salon today after years of growing her hair out to donate to locks of love only to be told rudely by your receptionist that you no longer do this. I am a former receptionist of your salon and Im very aggravated at how you treated her. I cant believe you would treat her like that, she is very disappointed. You should make sure you remove your salon from the list of donation sites!!

Horrible. I asked for a color change and I was assured it would be easy. About two hours later they told me they “didn’t have time to finish my hair and I would have to come again another time.” Literally, not tomorrow just another time. In short they messed up and didn’t know how to fix it so they just make me leave the salon with bleached hair that was still wet.I have no idea how this place is still in business. Don’t go here. Do it yourself you’ll probably get better results.

My hair stylists name is Ashley Mahoney, she performed an unbelievably good job on my hair, is 100% professional and always makes me laugh! The services I received today was a full heavy highlight of blonde and it looks exactly how I wanted, just like the pictures I showed her! I love my hair and will continue to come back for more miracles! Thank you Ashley!

Been years that I was here.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst haircut Ive ever had. I asked for an angled bob and she literally cut it straight across all one length. No layers, no texture. Its just so unflattering on me. So, I tried to give it a chance for 2 weeks and play around with it, but I am now going to a much more expensive salon for a stylist to try and fix it without cutting off even more length. The other woman there did a horrible job on my sons cut. Its a very basic cut/fade and they even screwed that up. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for!

Not kidding when I say that this was the worst haircut Ive ever received in my life. Only when I got home did I realize that there are patches of hair that he didnt cut, theres a big patch on the back of my head where its shorter than the rest, and its unevenly blended in certain spots. I guess I just assumed he knew what he was doing, therefore I didnt pay close attention to what it looked like while I was there. Im shocked he let me leave like that. I could have done a better job myself. Really nice guy, but its safe to say Im not going back to John F. for a haircut anytime soon.

Pamela is an exceptional stylist. She does various styles on my hair while keeping it healthy.
