Have experienced inpatient rehab 3 times in the past. For the most part was a great experience. As with any experience there can always be a hitch. Were quickly corrected. All staff were friendly and efficient at there task. I am now in outpatient and find the staff to be competent and they try to make the challenging exercise as friendly as possible. Would recommend Greenfield rehab to anyone who wants to improve their personal performance.

First time to visit there to see my Uncle. First impression staff very friendly as we entered building. The interior was completely decorated for Christmas and look so beautiful. My Uncle appeared to be in great spirit and happy there. Gift shop was good size and had a great selection of cards and plenty of gifts.

My husband and I both go here for physical therapy for orthopedic injury related issues. Our therapist, Craig, is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, answers questions and is a good listener. He isnt rough and doesnt push you to do too much. Highly recommend him.

Lack of leadership and willfully ignorant and careless administration exploiting its patients and employees as much as possible by under staffing, providing the minimum amount of care possible and overcharging for unnecessary services. Administration does not like to be questioned or take responsibility when there is an issue.

I was a patient of both the in-patient & the out-patient rehab.Every staff member goes above and beyond the care and well being of every one of their patients.During physical therapy, if the therapist is busy with another patient, everyone is willing to step in.We are not just patients either. We form a friendship, talking about everything; even our families.

The only problem I encountered was that they are understaffed with aides. The wait time is too long. Mother nature doesnt want to wait up to 45 min to get to the bathroom. I would make it a point mention this to anyone inquiring. Everything else was satisfactory.

I had a total foot reconstruction I stayed for 4 weeks and had the best care as well as the best PT and OT anyone could ask for. I continued as an outpatient and am very happy I did!

Would really like to give this faculty 0 star rating!! What goes on here is not acceptable behavior from staff members. There seems to be no disciplinary actions for staff when they are caught doing deplorable things to patients. Not sure how they get away with this sort of treatment. Everyone at the facility seems to cover up for one another. So basically if you are a patient there that is not able to fight back, because of a physical or mental disability you are at their mercy. This is scary and inhumane. I believe if you hate your job so much that you have to take out your frustrations out on innocent, patients, you need to get another job! Not to mention the risk and liability the facility is subject to. These patients need love, care and compassion.

African American worker with glasses is wearing his hat and lounging in a recliner while watching TV. He even turned the channel that residents in the D-Wing were watching for his own entertainment. Meanwhile everyone else is working and hes been sitting there for 30 minutes. Yeah, these residents are on the brink of death, but do your job, Dude.Other worthy mentions in the D-Wing. My grandmother had Clostridium difficile and no one bothered to tell visitors to that room that they should wear proper protection. No sign; nothing.My grandmother also obtained pneumonia after that.

Aqua therapy is one of the best in wny.Pool is clean and very warm.Therapists are compassionate and knowledgeable

Ive been a hair stylist for 36 years, a salon owner for 23½ years, and have styled hair a nursing homes for almost 17 years. Greenfield is by far the best place Ive seen to care for your elderly family.

I had bilateral knee replacement at the same time in April this year. I spent 9 days in inpatient rehab at Greenfield. The staff (nurses, aides, transports, Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy, dietary) was wonderful--pleasant, attentative to my needs, very encouraging, got me working to strengthen as necessary, but always showed concern for how I was feeling--the best rehab experience I could have had. The comrodery between co-workers in each department, including Outpatient PT which Ive been attending, is so evident. Though rehab is challenging, the employees lighten the atmosphere. Craig is my physical therapist in Outpatient Therapy (really blessed to have him) and he is great, very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns/feelings, and adjusts my therapy accordingly when necessary. His concern for his patients well-being is very evident and heartfelt. The staff work with each other for the benefit of their patients. I also give kudos to the way PT is set up. There are open windows between inpatient and outpatient PT (so while inpatient you can see outpatient and visa versa, which also helps encourage you to feel this too shall pass. First, I thank God for His grace, healing, and direction in choice of facility. Second, thank you Greenfield♡♡

Looks good at first sight but you begin to see a lot of things that are not good after spending just a few days here. Overpriced and shady business practice, rushing therapy patients out, mistreatment, neglect and abuse of patients especially long term care, medical malpractice and overmedication. Overworked staff, lack of training, supervisors treat new employees very poorly witch is causing extremely high employee turnover. Old and Lack of equipment, tools and supplies to properly take care of the building and patients. Serious building flaws such as leaking pipes/roof, mold on ceiling, faulty call bell and alarm systems, faulty heating and cooling system, there was even a giant bee hive in the ceiling on C Wing allowing bees to get into rooms for months before it was exterminated. Administration seems to refuse to address these issues and become frustrated and defensive when confronted about them. This place either needs a lot of work or to be investigated to resolve these issues so the patients can get the quality of care they deserve.

Very poor service i feel like i was totally rushed out of rehab and therapy they made the beds up but sheets wasnt changed while i was there to get fresh water was a shame. bathrooom stayed dirty and o.t. was just a joke need i go on never will i choose this place again for myself or anyone else ya just keep putting the smilies on your faces but i see right through all of you guys.

Would NOT recommend you send your family member here.Dont get me wrong this is a nice looking facility but as an ex employee its awful when it comes to taking care of the residents. This place constantly hires and fires like its nothing, the job has good benefits but they Human Resource (HR) department can careless about their employees. Also being an employee here the CNAs NEVER answer the call bells, if they do it takes them at least almost an hour to do so. Thats why most of the residents have storks or falls because they are not being properly taken care of. Also a lot of these residents have awful bed sores so awful that they smell and you can see their bones and this is from them not being placed in bed the right way and not being turned at least every 4 hours.. I honestly like this facility needs to be inspected because looks are deceiving

I am a former employee as of 07/23/2020. I am very disappointed in the way they handle everyday occurences. Administrators and Corporates do not care about the staff. It is a very horrible place to work due to the low pay and all the work you do and mandation everyday. People that should be fired are not and the ones who do all kinds of extras are fired. When one of the staff tells the truth to residents or charts the truth, you get condemned for it. Or if you tell the truth to corporates, they fire you for it. Then if you have any time like vacation days, sick days or pto and you get fired, kiss that all goodbye. You dont get a dime for busting your butt for them. Unfair?? Yep!

Been to out patient 2x ..1st time knee replacement second for back pain..the therapists listen to your interactions and figure out how to challenge you..Craig pt is awesome! Tell him Joanne sent you
