I spent 12 days there after lower back surgery, great staff. I had occupational and physical therapy. I would recommend this facility

My father was at this facility for over a month. With recovery from a stroke and heart failure. I cannot say enough about the quality of the nursing staff. They went way beyond the call. One of the nurses went so far as to loan my father her own books because he was unable to hear the TV. They were gentle, and skilled. I am grateful for their service especially during this time during the pandemic.

My Mom spent 18 days in Oak Fence..I was told this was the best place for my Mom and I believe it..People please if you have a loved one there keep an eye out for them..When you are told their crazy stories are because of medication dont just let it drop..I am very disappointed in the way my Mother was treated while she was there..So just heads up, keep your eyes opened if it looks wrong it most certainly is..If there is a mention of a dark room My mom experienced it herself..
