My family has worked with Dr. Christopher Vije’s practice for several years. My partner had an injury right before his daughter’s wedding. Dr. Vije and his team made it possible for us to be there. He is doing much better. I am a chronic pain patient. I have been on pain management for almost 40 years. Dr. Vije and his team have changed my life.This is not a magic bullet. It takes time and patience. I have 17 compromised discs in my back. Dr. Vije tested the possible success of doing a nerve ablation. It was successful. Then I had bilateral nerve rhizotomy from l5 to S1. A year later, I have reduced my pain rx requirements 50-75%. This is life changing for me. I was nauseated and tired all the time from my medication. He also blocked the nerves in my hips as the arthritis pain in my joints that was making getting out of bed in the morning almost impossible. Maybe TMI? I don’t think so. Pain is complicated and can be dangerous. It’s important for you to know, you are putting your faith in the right place, if you decide to work with Dr. Vije and his team.It is also important as a patient to know, that there is a recovery period after these procedure. Cooperate. Listen to their recommendations. They know what they are doing. Will I have future needs from them? Yes, probably. My disc degeneration continues. Is my pain profile dramatically improved? Yes. Emphatically. I cannot recommend these guys more.

Not only is Dr. Vije the best diagnostician and skilled interventional specialist Ive ever encountered, but his bedside manner and caring staff make the entire experience a pleasant one. Dr. Vije is very unique and top notch pain management doctor in that he wants to help solve the source of the pain and not just prescribe pain drugs. I came to Dr. Vije with chronic debilitating abdominal nerve pain after seeing other pain management doctors who just gave me pain and nerve drugs to help cope with the pain. Dr. Vije recommended some procedures to locate the source of the problem nerves and in the process he was able to eliminate about 90% of my nerve pain. If you are looking for a doctor that wants to help solve the problem and source of your pain, then I would highly recommend Dr. Vije. Truly a one of a kind doctor in his field of specialization!
