Christi, Dr. Chaney and Adolfo have been simply amazing to work with. They are extremely professional and caring about each person and patient who they come in contact with. You will always feel welcomed by them and feel that you are receiving the best care possible. Dr. Chaney has years of experience in caring for patients and is very well known in the area. Such an amazing team! I would highly recommend!

Very attentive and knowledgeable! Best experience from a wound care clinic that my wife has been in. She has used other clinics in Austin and Houston but Lakeway has been the best with their timely service and efforts to make the wound care process easier through their coordination with other doctors and home health services. Excellent team and you know they care when they are treating you or a loved one.

This office is a gem. I didn’t even know that offices for wound care existed, and I didn’t know how crucial it was to find the right doctor for these types of issues. Dr. Chaney is incredibly kind, professional and thorough with so much experience. Adolfo and Christi are wonderful and are like a ray of sunshine greeting you and guiding you through the treatment process. This practice really goes above and beyond (they even have sugar free candy next to their regular candy at the front desk since they have so many diabetic patients). If you or a family member have any type of wound, be sure to make this office part of your care regimen.

I have to admit that, even though having diabetic wounds is not a pleasant problem to deal with....at least Dr Michael Chaney, and his Staff at WoundCare solutions, do a very good job of making my treatments as pleasant as possible. Every member of the Staff at WoundCare Solutions (Adolfo, Christi & Elizeth) represents the company very well & contribute to an overall very relaxing atmosphere while Im there. And, best of all, I am seeing continued success in the healing of my diabetic wounds!

The staff at Wound Care Solutions is phenomenal! Christy Jo, ElizethAdolfo and Dr. Chaney have fantastic customer service. They are amazing from the very first phone call to the final visit. They are all about great customer service and helping anyone in need that walks through their door. If you are ever in need for a wound care specialist from a spider bite, burn or a wound this is where I would highly recommend! They will even have a hyperbaric chamber coming soon.Thank you for giving the Lakeway area a great option for fantastic wound care!!!

In all my years I have never felt so cared for by a group of professionals. Adolfo, Dr. Chaney, Christi, and Elizeth made me feel as if I was the most important person on the face of the earth. You see, I was told by another Dr. that I was going to need an amputation due to the severity of my diabetic foot ulcer. All I can say is thank goodness I was told about the Woundcare Solutions Center in Lakeway, TX. Elizeth got me in the same day I called. Not only did they save my foot, they did not stop until they found the source of the problem so it would not happen in the future. As strange as it sounds I actually looked froward to going to see the team because they brightened my day and encouraged me so much.I would like to share this little story...I had a hospital stay for a different reason and they actually took the time to come and visit me. I have never had a Drs office do that and it made me feel so special. I have alot of Drs and they made sure all my physicians knew what was going on with me so I would not have to tell the same story over and over again each time I had an appointment. It made everything go so much smoother because I cant remember everything as well as I used to.I am completely healed but I do miss seeing the wound care team. Thank you so much for everything!Dan
