I actually enjoyed my visit. Ive had very bad experiences at other dentists in the past and I was kinda nervous. Big Luke greeted me as soon as I arrived. Then, Luke was there giving me the emotional support I needed. Dr Mannas was confident and easy going which also made me feel better. I feel so much better now! m going back next week.

I am new to town and was needing a new dentist and I needed a broken crown repaired. I called Dr. Mannas’ office. I spoke to Dr. Mannas directly. He got me in the next day. The crown repair was going to take longer than the time allotted so Dr. Mannas cleaned my teeth that day and scheduled the crown repair for the next day. I couldn’t be happier with my new dentist. It likely the easiest, most relaxing dental visit I’ve ever had. Bonus you’ll get to meet Luke the sweet Black Lab.

Dr Mannas is the absolute best. When we came to Austin in 2017 we lucked out and found Dr Mannas, who is easily the best and most honest dental professional I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He does not overcharge, takes every opportunity to be honest with you, and does everything possible to make you comfortable when you are in his chair. Hats off to a great dentist.

Ive been going to Doctor Mannas for over 20 years! Hes an amazing dentist. I hear people tell horror stories of their dentists but honestly, I look forward to going and have always had an excellent experience. I recommend him to everyone who struggles to find a good dentist (because I guess it can be hard) and my entire family goes to him. Tucked away in his own private building, the facility is top notch. He also is always running on time and so you never have to wait. He’s very efficient and doesn’t over prescribe unnecessary dental work. Highly recommend him! In fact, I don’t even live in Lake Travis anymore but still make the 45 minute drive to see him every 6 months.

2 reviews5.0 star rating10/11/2016I needed a new dentist after going without for about 4 years. I am 63. I liked the reviews I read about Dr. Ken and they were understated if anything. He is an excellent dentist, giving me two new crowns and several fillings so far, and fixing a crown that had deteriorated. He also cleaned my teeth to start with, and does all his own cleaning so that he can thoroughly look at all of your teeth (no hygienist). I have 4 fillings to go and will do them with the next cleaning. I plan to attend to my dental needs on a much more regular basis since finding Dr Ken, as he is very personable, relaxed, and has a great assistant in Michelle. He gives the most pain-free novocaine injections that I have ever had--very skilled with the needle! He also designed and built his office to his exact specifications, and it is very comfortable. He is a true professional in a challenging trade! I fully recommend him.

My father was a first-time patient of his thirty years ago.My folks had just moved to Lakeway and knew no one. He had a dental emergency on their first day in townIt was a Sunday and he frantically called every number in the phone book(yes, that was 30 years ago when we used phonebooks).Dr. Mannas answered his call told him to be at his office in half an hour.Met them at his office and took care of him immediately so he didn’t have to suffer another day!At the time that was unheard of.Even rarer today!But I wouldn’t know because I know who to call.Needless to say, he will be my dentist for life. I have recommended him to many friends and they are so thankful for that. Truly the best dentist I have known!My first visit was filled with dread because of other dentists I had been to in the past. I broke a tooth due to a bone fragment in my fajitas finding an unseen cavity on a molar.I was expecting an extraction and/or a bridge but he rebuilt it saved not only the tooth but a lot of money. Truly the best!

Dr Mannas is a great dentist; Im so happy to have found him after the previous three I had in the Austin area. He does his own cleanings so you get to spend more than 60 seconds with the dentist when you go in for cleanings.

Dr. Ken Mannas, was the first dentist my husband and I went to, when we move, from a small town near Pittsburgh, Pa in 1995. We loved him, he was kind, especially to me, since I had let my teeth go, which gave him plenty of work. My husbands dental insurance company, where he was employed changed providers, which had us have to change dentists. My husband just recently took an early retirement, and we stuck with the dentist, from our insurance plan. His prices were extremely high, for not having insurance. We got an estimate from Dr. Mannas, total cost was 1/3 of the company dentist. Dr. Mannas becomes a friend, letting you know, if there is a problem, you can call him anytime, on his cell phone, for an emergency. We never had any problems, from the work he had done to our teeth, 20 years ago. I needed some work done this week, calling him and he fitted me in the same day. We also are also leaving Austin, this week-end. He managed to get all my long time needed work done, by getting me another appointment. I would suggest Dr. Mannas for anyone in the Austin area.

Been going to Dr. Mannas since we got here 8 years ago. I like that the office is small and he spends time with you with a thorough check and cleaning. The only dentist I know that personally cleans and polishes your teeth.

I think Dr. Mannas is a very gifted dentist.Ive come in with everything from a broken tooth, crown problems, broken bridge, etc. hes always been available and taken care of me in a cost effective and skilled manner. He always follows up, asking how Im feeling. He treats you like an old friend. I love this dentist, so I drive 1 1/2 to go to Lakeway.

Dr Mannas is the best dentist in the WORLD! Ive lived in MA, CA, CO, and ATX. I currently live in Paris France. And from everyplace Ive lived, Ive returned to see Dr Mannas. Its like visiting a friend. His easy going manner & log cabin style office are comforting. I had an emergency and just walked into their office right off the street @ 11:45 on a Friday afternoon. I believe they close @ noon but they were so nice and sweet and said it was no problem. Dr. Mannas took very good care of me. Because he thought he saw something else he took xrays but didnt charge me for them. He was so kind, thorough, didnt rush, explained my options. Understanding my lack of insurance he tried to explain and create a plan that would benefit me and my budget. I am def sticking with him and now my fiancee and son is too.
