I don’t even think all my my complaints would fit into the space given. 0 help whenever you need something. Better off taking your kid to a local urgent care.

Dr. Bornstein has been a great help for my family and my newborn son. Whenever we have a question, he patiently answered all of those in a timely manner.

We recently moved here and tried to schedule as new patients with this practice, but they wouldnt put an appointment on the books until they had patient histories for each of our five children. So we drove to their office that same day and filled out the consent form to request that information from our last office. I wanted to schedule asap so my youngest didnt fall behind on her vaccination schedule. Middleboro Pediatrics said they would call us to schedule as soon as they got the records. Three weeks later I finally called them. They had received them, but some were incomplete (illegible in some cases). They told me to recontact my old office to have them resend (although this is a call they could have made because they already had my signed consent and they actually knew what was missing and and I did not). I called and told my old practice the situation they said they would resend. Another week and I never hear from Middleboro Pediatrics. I call back and they say some of the kids are complete and we can schedule them, but others only have the last couple of years of visits and they need everything FROM BIRTH. We have moved several times and I am not keen to call every office and hospital we have ever visited to get a complete medical history for my kids just so I can schedule a well child visit. What really irritates is that this office did nothing to sort this out...zero effort on their part. I scheduled a new patient appointment over the phone with another office and they are able to see me tomorrow (presumably THEN they will request prior records... like everyone else we have ever seen). Uncooperative and unhelpful.

I had an amazing appointment today with Amy hatch accompanied by Dr. Aaron Bornstein. They were both fantastic. Amy was so great and understanding and she really listened and made me feel so much better about everything. So warm and friendly and real. I walked in a stressed out and tired new mom and walked out like a weight had been lifted of my shoulders. So helpful.

We have been bringing our children here for well over a decade. They have been very good with colds and check ups, etc. Sadly, when my son was bit by a tick, I learned they are very illiterate when it comes to Lyme Disease and not as proactive as they should be. Here we are a few months post bite and our son is now suffering and in constant pain. All they gave him was a cream. As a late stage Lyme patient who has suffered for almost 30 years and on a steady neurological decline because of Lyme ignorance in the medical community. Lyme is also congenital and these Physicians do not believe in it even though there is scientific evidence that backs this hypothesis. Now my husband and I are faced with having to pay for his testing and treatment out of pocket and of course not at this pediatric office. We live in a highly endemic area where Powassan is now prevalent and a killer. Another tick born disease. I would not advise bringing your children there for a tick bite. Not all patients ever see a bullseye. First sign is flu like symptoms , headaches, neck and joint pain. My son has to limp around in pain. Hes lethargic and his grades declined. Hes had to watch a very sick parent go through so much that he is now scared he will end up like mommy, with seizures, drops, loss of memory, and a slew of neurological, CNS, ANS, and autoimmune difficulties.I had to listen to so many in the medical field deny my disease for so many years. Telling me everything was in my head. Even with a positive Lyme test and clinical diagnosis. There is no time to play around with a tick bite and time is of the essence. This is not the place to bring your child for Lyme. Do bring them there for other things ... just not a tick bite. They will make you feel small and uneducated.Excuse me while I end this now to tend to a very sick child.
