The most insensitive to urgent document realease...specially after letting them know I had 2 kids in the car and having to pick up 2 more 25 min away...they sure took their time to finally say that i didny need all copies, only gave me the front side (school is requesting all copies, so again Ill have to stop by and my son wont be able to participate in school activities). I had requested a fax this morning, never got it...Im just so upset with the lack of sympathy of what and why people need these asap.I stopped by on Monday this week and this lady was insensitive and did not care about helping as well.It makes me sick, I feel like puking.Not happy with the service this lady gave me.Sincerely,The mother who never gets a break.
Have been coming here for years with my children. Wait time is quick and staff has always been great and helpful.
We decided to receive care at this facility due to the Lakeville Clinic (Northfield Hospitals & Clinics) not being open until 12, which is where we receive primary care. Having never been here, I thought they were very efficient at getting us registered quickly and right into the exam room we went! I was very impressed. Dr. Larimer was so great with my 2 year old and the nurses were just as great. Also, friendly front desk staff!!
Extremely unhappy with the service level at this urgent care. It took them over 2 hours just to draw blood for a strep/mono test. Will most likely not come back here.
Scheduling is really bad, for the past 3 months. the switchboard is even worse, wrong clinic wrong doctor and marked in clinic appt when it was a phone visit. this is for a baby, for a diagnosed skin rash 5 months ago. we need the salve refilled, but yet no. while all paperwork states the prescription is 1 year as needed? this is not ok.
This new clinic is beautiful and the nurses are AWESOME! Our family is excited to have Urgent Care in Lakeville now. At check-in, staff guided us directly to our room, avoiding sitting in a waiting room with other sick people. Our wait time was minimal, which is so appreciated when you have a sick kiddo. Highly recommend.
Super nice, new location! Very clean. Bright, (lots of windows), and nice layout! Looking forward to this being our new clinic!
My wife had to take our 1 year-old to this clinic during Covid-19. The baby had a fever of 105. We were scared. This clinic and the doctor did every test they could and checked in with us daily. I was thrilled that my family was taken such good care of. Our baby is better and we made this out home clinic. Thank You!
Their staff told me 2 separate times that I was being given a PCR Molecular test for covid-19 when I apparently wasnt....I stressed this several times to them because the country I was traveling to (to be ruined with my boyfriend after being separated by travel restrictions for 7 months) required PCR Molecular tests ONLY. I found out while checking my bags in that they do an equivalent test that is NOT a PCR Molecular test. They need to step up their internal organization and communication! Now Im stuck in Miami international airport for 2 days while I wait for a second test. I was completely swindled. Please send my $140 back for false sales.
Waited 5 days to hear for lab results, come to find out they couldn’t even use them after calling them and waiting 45 minutes. A call would’ve been nice saying I needed to come retake them or something ...... 0/5
On May 15th my 18 month old spiked a high fever. We were concerned about a pattern of monthly high fevers and after a video visit with her doctor made the decision to bring her into the clinic to be seen. I was nervous to be seen in person because of all of the risk surrounding COVID 19. I was relieved when we entered the clinic to see all of the safety precautions in place. We did not come into contact with any other patients during our visit. The doctor that we saw in the urgent care department assessed my daughter and referred us upstairs to see the pediatrician who cares for her own children Dr Havarth. I was so impressed with the care that we received from the woman who screened us before we entered the building to the doctor who referred us to a pediatrician that she would choose for her own children. We have a well child visit this week which includes immunizations that we do not want to miss and my mind is at ease after our last visit that this will also be a positive and safe experience! I am beyond thrilled with the care that we have received!
Went with my mother for a primary care appointment. We found out she had shingles and needed to be take off work for two weeks. Faxed the forms over to them and it took 2 long weeks for them to get back to us. The administrative staff isnt up to par to the other locations. Poor communication and service.
Making appointments on phone take long but once you do have one and go, they are friendly. Went for my 1 year old daughter.
Always friendly and I find it to be really nice that I always have the same nurse each time I have an appointment with my Dr who is awesome! Dr Tapper is caring and takes the time to listen to your concerns and figure things out for you or will get you to a specialist that can.
Dr. Peterson is absolutely fantastic. She is one of, if not THE, best pediatricians I have ever dealt with. The amount of love she has for her patients is astounding. No matter where we move in Minnesota, it will be well worth the drive to continue care with her for our daughter. Thank you, Dr. Peterson!
On hold for more than 35 minutes trying to make an appointment for covid testing
I would never refer anyone to this clinic. Terrible front desk; rude nurse and ridiculous waiting time. I wish I was able to rate this clinic location as a negative because in my opinion they don’t deserve even 1 Star. Surprised me as I really enjoy the Burnsville location.
I personally like and will continue my medical visit with Park Nicollet. I am very pleased and comfortable with my primary, specialist, and others I visited. Although, I know first hand not all doctors are made (born) equal and definitely do not bare the same personalities or overviews. I strongly believe it is (essential) if not important to do a little homework before choosing where, who, and which hospitals or clinics to turn to. Think of it as youre shopping for a new collection of tops or bottoms peices. If it doesnt fit, DO NOT BUY it. Do not temp to make it fit otherwise youll disappoint yourself or worse, throwing money away and gain nothing. And last thing; life is difficult as it is, theres no need to make it miserable. Be open minded and understand we are all not created equal. They are human to.
Terrible wait times, in person or on the phone. You cant even reach them by area anymore when you call in you just get sent to a phone bank and sit on on hold for 20+ minutes or get disconnected randomly.
To make an appointment within Park Nicollet is incredibly frustrating. In the past year of making appointments there, (probably 10 appts), it has taken an average of 20 minutes on hold until someone picks up to answer. It doesnt matter what time you call, there is always a wait and the only option the phone line gives is to try back later, but that hasnt been helpful because every time I call its the same problem. They clearly need more help in this department. Its been so annoying Ive contemplated changing my childrens pediatric clinic. Each time Ive called, Id be better off driving to the clinic and asking in person and Id get a quicker response.UPDATING THIS A YEAR LATER: STILL TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES. THIS CLINIC SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I love this facility. I have a 2 and 5 yr old-both boys, I love close to the Burnsville location but I always make my childrens and my appointments in Lakeville. Clean rooms. HAPPY NURSES AND DOCTORS. Chalk boards in every waiting-my kids are busy while I can concentrate on my wellness. I have seen Dr. Tapper and Dr.Ozbeck-very kind, thoughtful, and caring. They are friendly and help distract my children. I dont normally leave reviews, but this place deserves the accolades.

I have gone to Dr. Manvinder Kainth twice now and both times I felt that she treated me like a child (I am 31 year old mother and career women). She made me feel like she did not believe me or my concerns. She questioned me like I was being untruthful and she would challenge my answers. Her tone, body language and recommendations made me feel like I was wasting her time. No wonder she is the only doctor open for last minute appointments – I would recommend trying a different doctor.
I highly recommend the Park Nicollet Lakeville location. The pediatricians, Dr. Singh and Dr. Pedersen have been phenomal with my children including many specialized areas. They truly care about my kids and they honestly listen to my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed or just a number.I have also seen both Dr. Tapper and Dr. Ozbek with my kids. Great experiences. I love their friendliness and the great atmosphere they have worked hard to establish.
I am so disgusted with PN in Lakeville. We have been doctoring there for several years. My son has sever allergies, seasonal, food, animal, etc. I took him in on a Sat. I was strong armed when asked for Prednisone, knowing that it has worked for him in the past. He has used the RX 1x in the past. Because he only coughed 1x while we were in, Andrea Singh, refused to give a RX and said you need to do A, B and C first, which I did. I paid nearly $500 for one of the prescriptions. I asked for a standing RX for Prednisone, she said if things arent better by Monday or Tuesday call and well get it for you. Things were NOT better. So, their advise....COME BACK IN!!!!!! Are you kidding me!! No!! I understand you want my money, but not a chance. I will go back to Central Peds where there is a respect for the patient and parent.
