I called and got an appointment at a time convenient for me. I got there a few minutes early, filled out forms, and got in for a blood draw for a subsequent test. I got the results via email a couple days later. Perfect!The facility was very clean, the staff was pleasant and professional. The blood draw, which has been problematic at times at other places due to veins “rolling” (what ever that is) was perfectly taken with little pain. The facility that did the analysis is fully accredited.I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now when information is needed that Doctors seem reluctant to get. They are awesome.

I cannot overstate how easy and pleasant my pre-employment drug screening conducted at Any Lab Test Now was. First, I need to say that I have what my mother would call a nervous bladder. Any urinalysis I have for any reason usually starts with me drinking a gallon of water and ends my physician wondering out loud how its possible that I still hadnt gone. So when I went to Any Lab Test Now bright and early on a Monday morning, I had a feeling even I planned accordingly, I was in for a several-hour standoff with my bladder.The technician working that morning, Kathryn, was so kind and gracious about my having to loiter in her waiting room for over an hour while she helped several other customers. She even did her best to make soothing small talk with me when she was able, clearly trying to help me relax enough to complete the test. She was so accepting and casual about it, and didnt make me feel like I was making her job harder (though I knew I was).After an hour, I was FINALLY able to do what needed to be done, and be on my way. The whole experience was, by far, the easiest Ive ever had. I attribute what for me was a relatively short time to Kathryn and her professionalismI would also like to say I was able to observe Kathryn greet and answer general questions for several other patients, always stepping away from the front desk area with the patient if it was clear medical information needed to be shared. There were two customers I would have called challenging, but Kathryn handled them with ease and compassion. She got every patient in and out very quickly, even those who needed blood draws, judging by the bandage on their arm when they left. I live over 35 minutes away from this location, but I will for sure be using it for all of my future lab testing needs.

All the instructions are on the website and if you make an appointment they send you the paperwork to fill out ahead of time. The process is quick and easy and Nancy @ the Lakeville office is amazing! My results were returned quickly as promised.My only thing is that they don’t take insurance but I can understand that too.

This lab is far and away the most amazing lab I have ever been to!!! I’ve had a series of blood draws taken at different places and would always leave bruised with little to no customer service. I wasn’t expecting much different when I started new blood work at ALTN, and was shocked by the personal and professional care by Stephanie and Catherine!! No bruising—especially with draws every other day!!—and the incredible lengths they would go through to help me complete my series even with personal hiccups affecting completion. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe the level of care they’ve taken without any prompting. In an era of anonymity and clinical coldness, I am blown away that this little lab cared so much about me and my blood work. They didn’t have to and don’t get paid any more by doing so, but I’ve come to find it’s just who they are. I have my last blood draw coming up and I’m actually sad I won’t be seeing them every other day anymore! Best lab, best people ever!

Our family has been here several times for testing. Although I wish it were free, the convenience and speed in which they provide testing is awesome. I’m intrigued by all the testing they offer and will continue to use them in the future.

Fast, friendly, and results back within 30 minutes of walking out the door. Highly recommended if traveling internationally and you need a COVID test within 72 hours of crossing a border. All results are emailed, which is super convenient too! Its a bit pricey (although cheaper than competitors after researching online). They dont submit any paperwork to insurance, you are on your own for that. All fees due at time of service. We were in and out within 15 minutes. No appointment needed! Suggest going early in the morning.

I just wish more people knew about this place. The people are kind, compassionate, professional, and helpful. If your curious about something, check out all the lab tests that ANYONE can order. If you find something interesting, bring it to your doc afterwards. Totally worth it!

Visited the lab for RT PCR test for my mother-in-law, who is traveling abroad and hence needed a test result. There is ample parking space at the location. The lab staff are very friendly and welcoming. There was no wait time. It took hardly a minute to complete the test. The test result was available in about 1 hour, sent directly to the provided email account and it was negative as expected. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

When I came in there were 8-9 other customers and yet the lady working was very patient, courteous and efficient. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I was very satisfied with my experience and will recommend it to others.

I don’t even know what to say I’m still so taken aback.. We got there for a couple last minute COVID tests 45 minutes before they closed. We entered and were greeted with “you know we don’t accept walk-ins after 3:45, right?” Umm, no.. your website doesn’t say that. “Right, it’s posted on the door and on the desk.” Before we could even say we could come back tomorrow she proceeded to complain about her entire day and how she will “be there until at least 7 tonight” because of how busy it was. I guess I just expect more politeness when paying the business nearly $300 for 2 rapid COVID tests. Lesson learned.

This was my fist time having lab work done at Any Lab Now.The experience was very positive. Steph was able to get me in and out so I could be to work by 8 am.The facility was clean, well light, organized, and had parking near the front door.

Needed to get my daughter a Covid test and had to have the results before she could practice again. Was able to walk in and have a rapid test done in less than 10 minutes. In addition, results were emailed to us in less than an hour. The employees are fabulous and very nice. One thing to note is that you do have to pay for the tests out of pocket first. But to get the results in 1 hour or less and be able to make plans, totally worth it. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

As usual, I’m alway apprehensive about blood draws. Usually I am a very difficult poke with veins that run & hide! The front desk was casual and welcoming. The gal doing the blood draw was phenomenal and got me with the first poke. As I was a bit anxious, she diverted my attention to interesting chatter which put my anxious feelings away! At this point I am happy to say I give them top rating for the office lab work.

Very fast, friendly. Got covid rapid test in 15 minutes. Would have taken several days with my healthcare provider as many closed do to staff shortages. All CVS, Walmart, ect testing closed. As the covid case numbers rise testing is reduced, brilliant.

When in on a Monday for the RT-PCR test that I needed to travel. The process was quick and easy. They say up to 72 hours for a result but I got mine in about 52 hours (Wednesday night). I could easily add the results on the form needed for the country I will be in. The owner and assistant working were friendly and explained everything well. I would highly recommend Any Lab Test Now if you need any testing done.

If you’re looking for a good direct access lab that is clean and has experienced phlebotomists choose this one!! Much better of a location in comparison to the location in Plymouth, MN. Worth the extra 30+ min drive.

Easy, quick and worth the money. I listened to the voicemail that said you can just walk in for rapid Covid testing and went in. There was no wait, Steph that checked us in and did my daughter’s test was very personable no made my daughter feel at ease while she performed the test. Amazing experience!Super easy for walking in for a drug screen, one form front and back to fill out, super friendly staff.I was number two in line, so I got to overhear the staff do a rapid covid on a younger child, and those brain swabs arent fun for an adult I can only imagine for the kid. Staff showed more compassion and soothing talk than the mom did. Kid was giggling before they got back out to the waiting room.For my drug screen it was pretty standard, drop everything outside, not hats, sunglasses, jackets, pat the pockets to show its empty.Bathroom does blue water in the toilet as opposed to cutting the water; sink outside. Was in and out in under 20. Staff tried to make it a bit more casual, less awkward than these things can sometimes go down as.
